Hey Zipkin, this is what the FTC is saying about BFL:

Defendants cannot hold consumer money for months on
end while giving nothing in return, and then claim to operate lawfully. Moreover, up until the
time of filing, they were engaging in deceptive practices. Their website stated that the Monarch
was shipping even though the evidence shows that most of the orders remained outstanding.

Change the word Monarch to  1.2 TH/s AMT Miner and is reads exactly like what you did to your customers. Funny, that.

Why not? It's only 0.09w/Ghs. Since the units he used don't really mean anything, you can just make stuff up.

I like to think of it as the mining efficiency of the device (in W/(GH/s)) * the frequency it runs at * its radioactivity at the test conditions (in becquerels) / capitalization (to get w from W). That gives you a nice w/Ghs metric to toss on your poster to go along with the mixing of Th/s, Ghs and other abuses of SI.

You fail to note, this aint spondoolies. AMT consists of apparently one person. Joshua Zipkin. He buys the chips from other parties and sources the builds to other places to build the hardware. And usually of apparently crappy quality if one sees what has been going.

He also took my order for 2 x 3.2TH/s AMT Miners, and now claims they cannot even produce this device.   He still refuses to refund me for this order as well as my order for 2 x 1.2 TH Amt Miners.

Because of all the censorship from the "official" thread run by Joshua Zipkin aka AMT_miners I will post little to nothing worth posting there. But that said. Here is a link (terrahash situation) that might be of relevance and has ALOT of parallels with our situation.

First let's note that Josh has not set foot in the US since he went to China he went to Bulgaria which is something he said he would do even as early as July of this year. Many had already stated this was the plan all along. This is likely the case.

Considering his ties here it seems very odd. But again once the case results are in, I suppose we can reserve judgement for the supposed dates he is starting his payment plan. But I think it should be noteworthy that even with a Judgement he could still hide. Let us hope this is not the case considering all the other things that have happened.
