Of course but got no reply, I also did test transactions after and it was fine.  Also they have replied saying that wasn't the problem, didn't say what was the problem though.

Excuse my ignorance, but what do I do with the bootstrap file?

Backup, then go to your %appdata% folder, then delete everything but wallet.dat and your config , then place bootstrap in that folder, start the wallet, it will then start processing the blocks from the bootstrap rather than downloading from the network.

I still don't really understand - ha ha. I've just redownloaded the windows installer version of the wallet and installed that again. Hopefully that work.

I haven't staked anything since the 22 June and my little pick axes tell me my weight is 68753 and expected wait is 0 sec.

I'm seeing the same problem. Weight is around 250000, stake time 0 seconds, no staking. I suspect the problem may be due to the amount of outdated wallets on the network. At least half of the wallets I'm connecting to are an older version. I also consolidated a boat load of BITS Sunday using coin control, so that may have interfered with my staking.

I have the same problem... though I do recieve stake... My estimated time = 0 and weight is way above the networks one...

I will send my coins out too exchange, and back tonight... since I havent done that since the 24hrs stake update... Maybe that could be the issue...

It may be. I set up another wallet on a remote machine Sunday when I moved them back and forth, and it didn't seem to make a difference.

I think I'll do another update to block out those on old wallets, that should help with this issue.  I've already changed the master nodes so it will not connect to those on the wallets

I'm also having trouble with receiving my stake. My weight is 4121 and network is at 2208.

Will you be implementing anon features? or something similar to help boost the popularity of this coin?

I think that's a good idea Dev. I tried deleting my peers.dat file, hoping it would only pull from the master nodes, but unfortunately no luck.

I think the 21 day mature time is too long. 1 day is more appropriate
 Smiley

Yes, this is why we changed it to 1 day.  We're now working on a new unseen feature, should have more news in the next week or so.  But won't announce it until it is ready.

Any idea when you'll have more updates on this? Grin

Unseen feature is slightly delayed due to a dev pc dyeing and this chain sync issue, still expect 1-2 weeks before I'm ready to announce, not going to let on what it is early and risk somebody else doing it too though.

I have thought about anon, but i have put that on hold for now as it seems like another "me too" feature, I'll reconsider it after the feature I'm working on now is complete if the community still really wants it.

Please keep an eye on this thread though, should be issuing a update for the sync issue shortly.

As long as it's something which can really make Bitstarcoin shine, I'm all for it!
Just curious, do you think it'll make the long time holders glad that they did? Grin

Sync issue update: we've just updated the source code for people compiling there self with checkpoints, just updating the master nodes, and the explorer, the nodes should be back online in the next 30 mins or so and the explorer will need a full resync so will be a few hours.
