It’s interesting how long this site and user has been around and coming back to the forum to put out the changes and improvements to the site is a plus to them.
After going through thread and background checks on the site, i could note that the genesis age of the site was met with some resentment especially with the fact that, the minimum was pegged at BTC0.11 as at 2014 which made me wonder what was the price then that kept people rumbling. I did a little research to get an insight into the price then and as at 2014;

All Time High (ATH) = $936
LOW = $310 and
End Of Year = $318
Data from: Bitcoinmagazine.com

Average = Sum/3 = $1,564/3 = $521.3
Hence, while BTC1 = $521.3
The value for minimum would be BTC0.11 = $57.3

Can’t say that’s for sure what it used to be but based on my findings, I can draw an inference on about $50.

While that might have been a lot and scary for a developing coin and projects, today’s minimum at BTC0.0001 valued at $2.6 with bitcoin price at $26.4k is a significant improvement.

A little note though,
I don’t seem to find a system of deposit available on some directive of usage on the site and this posed a challenge, which makes me imagine how it would be for a complete newbie.
And of course, the site speaks of exchange which happens to be ideal but, what happens is mainly the swapping between coins and if that could be spelt out in signature or announcement thread and possibly on the site, it would give a direct purpose to the whole idea on first site and remove the scale of having to rediscover.
You can take this to be some review on approach.

Just got to know about this exchange through the signature campaign lunched recently, despite it being quite old (back to 2014). And although it seems to be a legit service, i wonder why there is less to no activities especially in terms of promotional materials.
Happens with most old school Bitcoin related services. I don't want to mention names here, but if you look at most open source services that actually don't need KYC and offer anonymity. They mostly don't advertise, probably because they have a specific type of clientele that always use their service for years but yeah, advertising can bring in new customers.

Looking at their current 24-hour volume, it doesn't look bad.

The crypto market needs more of these services that maintain the greatest degree of privacy during use. I wonder how users can find these platforms without the platforms themselves promoting their services and defining their advantages compared to the rest of the exchange platforms. eXch can be considered as distinct even compared to other instant exchanges.
The daily trading volume is not bad, but I am sure that it will increase with the launch of the signature campaign on the forum. And I suggest they contact bestchange platform to get it listed there. And also amplify activity on their forum channel to get feedback directly from the community.

It's a pity that your actual forum username still contains the old domain. Maybe worth bugging @theymos for a name change once again?
I would just propose removing .cc and don't use anymore domains in username... theymos can make a small change in username but he won't do it all the time if domains keep changing.

Since I was invited to join the signature campaign, I did a small test (not on Mobile) to exchange some LTC to XMR.
I tried the same exchange direction. I choose it because eXch notifies in their FAQ about possible delays in Monero delivery which is due to the impossibility of sending a next transaction in Monero before the previous one is fully confirmed. I would like to check how long could the delay last. But, as I understood, there was no queue at the moment of my exchange, and it was processed very fast. Once eXch received my litecoins, it sent monero to me.

In general, I can say that the exchanger looks safe, the fees are reasonable, the reported volumes are impressive. I see only two vulnerabilities:
1. the reserves of some tokens are quite small (yesterday I checked three tmes, and eXch always had only some Dollars in USDT);
2. more popular crypto assets are absent while less popular ones are available (e.g. there is no USDT TRC20, but eXch still supports USDT ERC20 which isn’t so widespread, IMHO).

I read somewhere in the comment and the exchange representative states just how it’s been put under consideration on the possibility of having to incorporate some of the popular stable coins on the platform.

Do you have any plans of adding stable coins USDT/USDC on other networks that are not based on ethereum blockchain?
Yes, but given that those stablecoins exist only in Ethereum alike networks, it's a bit challenging for us to make a rational choice this time, considering we will have to launch a node for the chosen network and maintain it. The most probably optimal scenario for us will be adding one of Ethereum's L2 networks.

However, this will be added not earlier than Lightning, which we are currently working on.

I think that would serve more purpose as, these stable coins are looked up for reservations, trying to use it as an edge against volatility, quick payments amongst others which makes them a preferred for most when not looking towards investment and could bring some more patronage to the exchange. Don’t know why there is a pause on the initiative yet but, it would be one in great demand.

exchange some LTC to XMR
I wasn't sure if I saw it correctly, so I tried again and I can now confim a bug.
When I make a transaction, I see this:
Confirming transaction... (0/1 confirmations)
And a bit later I see this:
Confirming transaction... (3/10 confirmations)

I check again (a third time), and now noticed the XMR test amount was received already when LTC had 3 confirmations. It looks like the bug is only in the interface.

We express our gratitude to all the users who tried our service and wrote honest reviews.

[...]
Another note regarding the possibility of using the platform as a mixer since the maximum exchange rate is relatively high. I wonder whether this given is dealt with adequately or not, especially since the terms of use maintain privacy at the highest level.

SlowMist have already mentioned us as an Ethereum mixing service and compared to Tornado Cash. More information in this post: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=577207.msg62649320#msg62649320

[...] I kinda expect people to complain about the limited choices of altcoins though.

They pledged  themselves to list five more a year ago. Let's keep  hope they will do it  this year  Wink
[...]

We'll definitely update the post on another forum since our plans have changed since. We will only support well estabilished and well decentralized networks. Supporting tokens/coins that appear and disappear is not something we would like to do.

[...]

Wouldn't call them vulnerabilities since we usually refer to that word within IT security context.

The reserves of our tokens change daily and fully depend on users selling them to us in exchange to other coins. We do not rebalance coins on a purpose.

We don't exchange some popular crypto assets because they represent considerable risks to us. We don't plan to support the Tron network for now, however we may reconsider it the future.

Users who want to buy risky/popular assets usually buy ETH from us then swap to whatever they like on liquidity pools (i.e. Uniswap).

[...] And I suggest they contact bestchange platform to get it listed there. And also amplify activity on their forum channel to get feedback directly from the community.

BestChange and eXch don't share any values in common. BestChange is a taint proclaiming service and require full identification of their listed services operators. More information is in this reply: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=577207.msg62658004#msg62658004

We have registered another account back in 2014 named "eXch" which has no posts and was locked due to inactivity, however we still have its password:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=317539

Code:
Your account is locked because it sat inactive for years after the password hashes were leaked in 2015, and was therefore at high risk of being hacked. Email reactivate_2019_bgbs5[at]bitcointalk.org to get it unlocked.

Maybe the forum administration will consider deleting that account to rename this one.

That's not a bug. We track confirmations of our outgoing transactions before considering an order complete, hence two confirmation processes during two different order stages. Since you have mentioned LTC to XMR, the first number of confirmations refers to the "CONFIRMING INPUT" state for LTC which requires 1 confirmation to start an exchange and the second number of confirmations refers to the "CONFIRMING SEND" state for XMR which requires 10 confirmations till it changes to the "COMPLETE" state.

"[...] Note: even though it originally came from an acronym, Tor is not spelled "TOR". Only the first letter is capitalized. In fact, we can usually spot people who haven't read any of our website (and have instead learned everything they know about Tor from news articles) by the fact that they spell it wrong."

Adding new shitcoins is (mostly) waste of time for me.
One more option I would like to see in eXch is introducing option for cash trading, but I know this can be tricky, especially in different regions and countries.

Maybe the forum administration will consider deleting that account to rename this one.
You can message theymos and ask him about this:

Why not consider unlocking that account instead of requesting its deletion? Given the account's age, there might be some value in doing so.

Unlocking the old account does not solve the main problem, namely that this thread is attached to the current account, which was created many years ago and which has value (and is also well indexed by search engines). Assuming that you use the old account to communicate with users, while maintaining the thread, then this also does not solve problems. The reason is that if the team will communicate with us on behalf of "eXCh", then most users will still be confused, because when they enter the thread, they will first see the account that created this thread, the account named "eXCh.cc".

Only two options

Code:
1. Name change from eXCH.cc to eXCH (will require deletion or renaming of the old account).
2. Name change from eXCH.cc to eXCH.cx

Why not consider unlocking that account instead of requesting its deletion? Given the account's age, there might be some value in doing so.
I'm not sure about the exact requirements and what needs to be done, but have you tried sending an email to the provided address?
Given there is a dedicated team handling recovery of accounts, I think it's very easy to unlock it, but the current account they are using is equally old and has even more activity than the other.

I am suggesting they try contacting admin to change the username of the current account to eXch.cx. I think their reason is valid enough for the admin to act promptly. Meanwhile, they can also recover the other account as back up

Hm, I don't aware of Bitcoin Lightning token but other four that you have promised to list in  the previous year are  quite sustainable decentralized  tokens/coins.   I don't see any reason why they should disappear even in the long term perspective. Anyway, whatever the cause of  cancellation of your past plans is, from my standpoint, by limiting the number of coins available for exchange you are restraining  your business.

Just to try I have swaped ETC to BTH and back to ETH and should confess everything went smoothly. From this I can conclude that you have the relevant swaping technique  , so,    adding at easy steps the  new coins , at least from top 10, would make your business more competitive, IMHO.

I just explored exch.cx, and it seems interesting to try to exchange Bitcoin to Monero. I have a silly question, Can I use Monero's address from my local Cex exchange?.

And, what is the difference between Flat and Dynamic rates?. does it affect how long our coin receipt?

Do you have GitHub?, I was curious when I read here, there is GitHub link I clicked, but it was not exch GitHub, but explained about the telegram exploit.

I see no reason why not. The question is what you're trying to accomplish: if you don't want the local Cex to know the origin of your Bitcoin, it will work. I'm not sure what you accomplish doing that though, especially if the Cex knows who you are.

And, what is the difference between Flat and Dynamic rates?
Flat rate: 1% fee. I assume the fee is locked in the moment you calculate how much you'll receive.
Dynamic rate: 0.5% fee. I assume this uses the market fee the moment your transaction is confirmed.

I don't think so.

It makes no sense if you are going to anonymize your transactions through eXch only to send the coins right back to a CEX, but yeah, you can use any address as a deposit address. Maybe the tricky one would be Ethereum, where most services don't accept smart contract addresses.

Do you have GitHub?, I was curious when I read here, there is GitHub link I clicked, but it was not exch GitHub, but explained about the telegram exploit.
It's not listed anywhere on their website, and they are close-sourced.

Used 2 times so far, pretty fast and it feels secure, it's good to know that random KYC popup won't appear.

My intuition tells me that this business will evolve into more of a crypto mixer, also handling various altcoins as an alternative. Up to now, I haven't encountered any reliable altcoin mixers. Perhaps you could become the first to gain trustworthiness, meeting the expectations of the Bitcoin community here.

As some other members have mentioned, your homework appears to involve improving your username on this forum to prevent misunderstandings and misuse of a domain for a website. Considering that this is a business related to digital assets, your reputation is certainly at stake here.
The distinction between .cc and .cx needs to be clarified as soon as possible to avoid potential issues in the future.

I accomplish that maybe because I consider that Monero have more privacy than Bitcoin, so there are my assumptions, everyone including the exchange does not who I am. but your explanation explains it all, thanks. So, If I still used Cex where I must KYC, whatever coin I deposit, they still know who I am.

It's not listed anywhere on their website, and they are close-sourced.
Thanks, Even if the site is open or close source, I also don't understand how to check the code.

I tested this exchanger, I did not find any technical problems. Everything works very fast. The interface is also understandable, for me this is a big plus, since not all projects pay attention to this issue, and then they present intuitively incomprehensible sites. I really liked the low commissions, in my opinion, the lowest that I have seen. The only thing is that the rate is noticeably different from the rate on major exchanges, for example. But, I think, this is a price for anonymity and change speed.
