Is it recommended that we direct all those who have questions or problems in their work here to the forum instead of the form on the website or email contact?

As they prefer. It's all the same, they'll have access to the same support regardless of the method of contact used. PMs are checked at least twice a day in all cases. If for any reason it's preferable to use an email or internal ticket, we'll let them know.

For questions asked in the ANN relating to the service but not directly to specifics orders/exchanges, we will make a grouped answer punctually.

You should buy a copper membership so that you are not constrained by the limitation of 2 outgoing PMs a day.

That's a positive update for those who run into issues during a swap. Some people might not want to use it though as it connects their Bitcointalk account to the coins they are having problems with.
You could post neutral feedback on the forum representative's account confirming that they are an official support agent of eXch. I see that bitmover already did that, but it's even better if it comes from you.
