Finally, after a long test, I managed to run miner minerd. I tried mining at http://bbr.poolto.be/# and at http://mining.blue/# miner shows that he works, but he does not show hashrate on the field. The only pool on which it show the results is http://bbr.mbkpool.info/#. Can you recommend a good pool which also has a lot Miners? Also for each pool I need to download a new scratchpad.bin file or can I use one file for all pools? Thank you for your reply and help. It's an older project but I'm interested in it, so I'll be mining BBR coins.
Check http://explorer.mining.blue/en/#pools for a list that shows miners and hash rate.
You can use any scratchpad from any of the pools. As the owner of mining.blue, I know the one at http://mining.blue/scratchpad.bin is on cdn so for instance can download to from AWS at 100MB/s. Not sure about speeds of the other pools' scratchpad downloads, but regardless of where to mine at, you can use that url for fast download of scratchpad.

So, did you get any errors at mining.blue? Maybe give an example of the miner command you ran and we can see if there is anything that needs to be changed. Odd that one pool would show and another not show hash rate.
Thank you for linking to multiple pools. I chose this one where most miners are http://bbr.miningclub.info/#
My startup file is like this

minerd -a wildkeccak_ocl -o stratum+tcp://bbr.miningclub.info:7777 -u wallet from exchange -p x -k http://bbr.miningclub.info/scratchpad.bin -l scratchpad.bin

The problem is that when I give the Payment id for a password, it does not work. When I have the pass X then it goes. I also need to enter a payment id because I have a wallet from the exchange where I have to enter.
looks like it worked just fine for me using
Code:
minerd -a wildkeccak_ocl -o stratum+tcp://bbr.miningclub.info:5555 -u EXCHANGE_WALLET -p PAYMENT_ID -k http://mining.blue/scratchpad.bin

Yes, it works for me, too. I made a mistake that the hashrate to see I need to enter [ADDRESS]:[PAYMENT_ID]. I have already downloaded the scratchpad file, so I just started by yours:
Code:
minerd -a wildkeccak_ocl -o stratum+tcp://bbr.miningclub.info:5555 -u EXCHANGE_WALLET -p PAYMENT_ID -k http://mining.blue/scratchpad.bin -l scratchpad.bin
Thank you once again for your help and for the link to the pools.

Quick update about deposits and withdrawals on http://cryptochangex.com

Our deposits and withdrawals working normally.

We noticed that one user post about deposit not being credited by us. We found the issue and we also created help page how to deposit BBR.

Please notice that withdrawals from another exchange to our exchange will create problem with crediting your account in cryptochangex.com

Problem is that stocks.exchange sending payment WITHOUT payment id which is fine to private wallet but is not right to exchange like us.

Therefore any deposit must include PAYMENT ID.

Correct deposit procedure : https://cryptochangex.freshdesk.com/solution/articles/33000214488-bbr-deposits-to-our-exchange

Also any issues with BBR markets please visit our thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2363568.0

Also our twitter: https://twitter.com/cryptochangex

And telegram group: https://t.me/joinchat/CsPEeEEQZR_wmK-QTqvMJg

Also now we can be tracked on coinshill

https://www.coinhills.com/market/bbr-btc/

Any BBR trading pair have no trading fees for whole month.

Excellent news! I've opened up a support ticket with coinmarketcap to add your listing there.

Exchange Update

Hi everyone,

We now have two exchange listings, Cryptochangex.com and Stocks.exchange with a third on the way! I just spoke with Kucoin and they are trying to resolve some severe issues with their Ethereum and USDT pairings. Kent, the operator of Kucoin, has stated that BBR is still in the pipeline for integration as soon as those issues are resolved.

That said, those who have trust concerns regarding Stocks.exchange are more than welcome to use Cryptochangex.com. As stated in earlier posts, s1lverbox is the operator and he has a great reputation within the cryptocurrency community from running his own Bitcoin/Byteball escrow service. You can check his rep on his profile and any of his related threads. In our dealings with their team, they've shown to be very technically capable and trustworthy. I have no doubts that they will do well in this space with the speed and quality of service they are providing to the community. As they grow we wil be able to grow with them as they are supporting BBR with multiple pairings.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=152126

We're still contining our efforts to get BBR listed on more exchanges to increase access to liquidity and prevent the disaster we experienced at the hands of Poloniex and Bittrex.

Thanks all!

They just reponded saying they don't yet support your exchange but this could be a sign that they're now looking into it.

Also, it's mutually beneficial for everyone here to request they add cryptochangex.com along with the BBR pairings so the price action can be shown on coinmarketcap.

Did you try CZ's repo? He added two new seednodes.

its strange, nothing is allowing me to sync with new blocks

I compiled clintar's source from Oct 11th and ran with CZ's latest seed nodes  ./boolbd --seed-node 88.99.193.104:10101 --seed-node 138.201.126.98:10101

cant get above the block height I start with, which is 868290

I have mentioned this before as well.
I am not sure why the clintar version will not work either.

A little disappointing especially for new people maybe wanting to participate.
again, is it possible to have someone compile a working version for the non computer programing literate.
or can some one give step by step instructions.

I had posted my error message a while ago but no one has helped to point me in the direction that would resolve my errors. someone else might benefit.

thanks.

its not working, I'm not getting new blocks

I even compiled CZ's master branch from source and launched with all these seed nodes, not getting anything.

I'm on OSX High Sierra, wonder if that has something to do with it

Hi doggod,

As CZ mentioned in his post, he is working on a new build that will address the synchronization issues. His seed node commit was a first step towards fixing this issue. He asked to give him a couple of days to get this done then he'd update the website with new binary packages (an application package which contains (pre-built) executable, as opposed to source code). After this no one should be experiencing any issues getting started with the wallet.

I hope this helps clarify the situation.

We're still contining our efforts to get BBR listed on more exchanges to increase access to liquidity and prevent the disaster we experienced at the hands of Poloniex and Bittrex.

any suggestions there are more?

Please open up a support ticket with the relative exchange. This has happened a few times already. They should be able to assist you, if you can provide them with all relative info i.e. txid, address etc.
