but we did see that in the same timeframe the sellorderbook on bittrex did increase by 10k

some of them where today sold in a dump some of them still fill the sellorderbook

so like 1/3 of all coins u can buy on bittrex this moment are remains of cryptsy coldwallet

this is in my opinion a very good sign about what will happen once this extra sellpressure is gone

That's quite a lot. Some other cryptsy funds are moving along the exchanges apparently. You could ask bittrex guys to tell you who moved those funds.
Actually they could refer this to the authorities so that they could be found and judged for the scammy behaviour towards their users.

thats what we take care that the wallet is secure in this sense

every user is responsible about the safety of his private keys
its not up on us to judge if someone got access to this keys legit or not

i never see coins sold on exchange as something bad

It is yes, limits tend to be around $100, and exchange risk due to volume/price movements is important.
This risk is taken by Noble though, not the user.
Some people are still experiencing problems loading SEPA though which I'm slowly churning through.
