Posted before I this topic but my posts were removed because I promote more or less my own coin.
This coin is the same situation as EnergyCoin with to low exchange rate.
The OC I have I keep save but it is not much, about 1000 coins I have mined 6 months ago.
When ENRG is successful I go establish an exchange where only POS coins can be traded and exchanged into $
POS is the only right way for CryptoCurrency.
I like to discuss how we can survive and maybe OC and ENRG are most wanted crypto currencies of the future.

Orangecoin is suffering only because of the absense of a DEV. This coin has lots of untapped potential.

Exactly, we have the community, some are sleeping while they wait for a dev. But once OC gets a dev, these giants will awaken. Once again, OC is a sleeping giant. Remember 6 months ago?

I think the same. Even if I am out atm, I will get back into OC in the right time.

I love the POS staking with no POW coins coming in. It seems everyone is happy to sit back and let the POS coins roll in for another year.

I'm afraid we may have to do something before April 2015. That's when the hosting runs out at orangecoins.info. I'd imagine the same applies to the nodes as well?

My understanding is that Bittrex is requiring daily trade volume of 0.2 BTC on average. So it is doubled from 0.1 BTC previously and is not a good news.

In addition to keeping Orangecoin on Bittrex, I sincerely suggest we try to get a listing on one more exchange just to play safe.

Under the old rules Bittrex only gave two weeks to withdraw your coins after delisting. How long do they give under the new rules?

After a market is deleted, you will have 14 days to remove your funds before we shut down the wallet (provided the blockchain permits it.)

BITTREX have just raised the benchmark. What they mean is an average of 0.2BTC EVERYDAY, OVER A PERIOD OF SEVEN DAYS.
NOW, 0.2BTC everyday for 7 days, means a minimum total trade volume of 1.4BTC for the entire period.
This is very bad, those members who used to help trade volume should continue, please. I used to buy a bit here and there, but it could take a while before I get enough funds to buy anything.
