Monero is one of the few old coins I still have in my crypto portfolio. Keep it up guys.

Since Monero is fungible (nice!) it can't have colored coins, correct? One XMR = one XMR.
Lets say as a business I would like to make a 10 million USD (Monero market cap), international, private and instant transaction with another company. Monero would be perfect for this. But since Monero is fungible, I can't just color a coin and say it represents our 10 million USD transaction.
How can such a thing currently be solved without moving the price too much?
Use Payment ID ? This will allow you to confirm that the money were sent.

Nice to see XMR price rising. Is it because of the BTC news?

Has there been discussion on adding "fungible" as a fourth pillar of Monero (secure, private, untraceable, fungible)? True fungibility is a valuable property of Monero that BTC lacks. For those of us who have been with Monero for a long time, this is not news to you, but Monero is attracting more attention and I think it would benefit from showcasing its fungibility property and why it's so important/valuable (no coins can be blacklisted, blocked, etc.).
I think it's a key property that many don't know about, and they don't know about it because it's not showcased like the other properties/pillars. I think it would only benefit XMR to showcase this property. Has this topic been discussed?

Thanks for keeping us up-to-date! Indeed maybe not a dev-meeting decision, but I do as well hope we get rid of the term 'mixin' in version 1.0: It sounds shady, is associated with 'mixing' but it isn't, and the term 'mixin' does not cover what is actually stands for: number of ring signatures. So thanks for bringing up the reminder and lets decide on an alternative word (at least 'ring size' is understandable for me as a not so technical user, but of course open for better suggestions).

Is there also a wallet you can install, and open it with 1 click? I'm not a mac user, so I don't know what is involved for jwinterm's wallet. In general, Monero is the most user-unfriendly cryptocurrency, because a majority of the effort is spent on the fundamentals of the coin - making the code better. But honestly it doesn't take that long to learn to use the software. The thing that takes the longest is syncing up with the network, as any of the "light clients" that exist are really just connecting to someone elses node, so you are sacrificing some privacy for the convenience of .... well I don't really know what. edited to add, the core GUI is coming, jwinterms works fine, and mymonero is a useful way to use monero as of now.

It isn't quite one click atm, you have to put it in a folder with your own simplewallet binary, so at least several clicks.

Well it would be nice if the team or somebody else can develop an user friendly 1 click wallet right? Would also gain more people and attention... There is also a simple web wallet I see, is it safe option as well?

It's from fluffypony, who is a core-team member, thus considered safe as in trustworthy. However, one should always be cautious with using webwallets.

I think it was luigi1111 (edit: apparently it was Adam Back in February 2014) mentioning that privacy is a side effect of fungibility. So basically it is already there. But more I wonder how many people outside the cryptocurrency world know or understand what fungibility is, so how much it would really add. People (at least some) care for privacy.
