It looks to me that his fee is simply higher than the amount of dust and therefore the sweep_dust command doesn't work.

No, some block explorers aren't reporting it properly. This shows the right hashrate: https://monerohash.com/#networkThe hash rate has not changed at all since the fork. Wondering if there is some delay on that. I guess if the slack pools have not updated we could see that lower over the next few hours. |
