Det är skumt. If I open my jackpot wallet with a considerable amount in it, the CPU usage goes to 100% almost, but it doesn't generate any stake, yet I have it set up like other POS coins. How old are your coins ? They need to have been in your wallet "staking" for 24 hours at least. Then at the end of the next 24 hours (say the 3rd day) you should start to get some coins. BTW, we should continue our logo contest... so far I see these are the ones proposed: A - from goo38 B - from crypto-rainbow C1/2 - from strasboug D1/2 - from see360 E1/2 - from toknormal Still looking for a better and pro one I guess... (A) (B) (C1) (C2) (D1) (D2) (E1/2) Thanks for compiling them! Edit: And I don't forget you see360 Regarding the coin icons, did you guys see the other variations of D? I only posted links to the gallery, so you might have missed them. One of the devs wanted to see other shades of gold. For example: which looks like this in other light: EDIT: Sorry, didn't mean to take the whole thread with that huge image, replaced with 256x256. Also corrected the identifier from E to D.

I think so. What do I have to do?
Block registration? Any suggestions are welcomed.
Close new registrations asap. Close invites. Open up 2nd pool with own coinD. If needed 3rd pool. If you fork the coin, all the solo miners will be pissed Greetings from poolerino.com. (No we dont have a pool for this coin...) Registration closed. Please open another jackpotcoin pool. There are, http://jpc.cloudminers.net is a very good JPC pool, I used it all the time. QFT and i went and checked i could register there too but yeah it's closed.. i use hashharder and cloudminers splitting up my hash evenly on 3 works. if regged on that closed pool i would move 1 worker over so i am on 3 pools lol i want a piece of that Jackpot What's the blocksize of Spoetnikcoin? This is not fair, over the last 2 days, the blocks I've found on the pools are like this: 3 Found by Sprutnik's CPU miner on my AMD 9850BE Three!!! 2 Found by AMD A10-5800K APU 1 Found by ASUS HD 7950 AND 1 by Laptop Core 2 Duo P8400 CPU (using Sputt's miner ofc) ZERO by ASUS 7970. Da Fak! I could like just stop mining with my video cards and mine with any old Intel or AMD CPU that I have... That is great to hear right on I don't pay attention to how many i have gotten unless i am solo mining. i looked right now and my Intel 4770k at stock clock speeds using 75% cpu usage and my old ass AMD Athlon x4 9950 BE edition is doing a but under 1mh/s and my Powercolor Radeon PCS+ 7950 over clocked to the max and with a maxed out config is getting about 2.16mh/s So i would say that this is one of those rare and unique coin where you can CPU mine It's been fun.. like when Quark came out or other various new / unique coins. And i added the faucet to my sig, i will flog that link all over the damn place hahhaa What more could people ask for seriously ? this coin has got it all ! and if you don't want to mine it and have cooler temps than even dark coin then go buy some coins.. they are crazy cheap lol i sell plenty of coins asap but i hold my Vertcoins and i have bought a few JPC and sold NONE ! BUY them and collect stake

We aren't going to be voted onto Mint or Cryptsy yet. We need to get onto Bittrex, if this catches on like I think it will the volume will get us on the larger exchanges. This coin has 3 things going for it - the dual algorithms and the transaction speed which results, it isn't going to be destroyed by asics/it's a good option for gpu miners, and it's fun due to the lottery aspect. Seriously, there isn't any reason this coin shouldn't take off. Someone get it on Bittrex.

We have contacted Bittrex already, but no reply so far... Someone from the community has talked to them as well. Bittrex would be a good start indeed.

Could send them that article from cryptocoin articles the other day. That was very good press - almost no negatives and highlighted the features well.

Just change this in the Picture to say JPC. lol I liked this for it's flashy style and round coin design but the middle part would be crap scaled down to like 16x16 etc.. i looked a bit on Deviant art and google image search with various keywords and tried some stuff in Fireworks but i am no graphics artist

You have ofc put rpcuser/password/server=1 in your .conf file? I'm also puzzled why my wallet don't stake, can someone show me a .conf that works? I can get other POS coin working.

I cannot get stake to to work. all I get is mine and not stake coin. it is strange. I follow the instruction. hold coins and wait for 24 hrs, pos blocks should start to appear. hmm I have 100,000 coins only .. but stake payout was like 1.7 jpc?? wtf that is hardly 1%

when they're expensive then it becomes more economical to mine again and that keeps the hashrate up.
Nice, self-regulating balanced system.
