Well It needs to be fixed yesterday was showing mining status fine now pools showing no blocks no confirms no nothing and little concerned here as to where my 30 to 50k of conis are

- You can assign your wallet a name (optional - your name or an alias or remain anonymous).
- A pic of your choice to denote who you are (optional).
- You can add a limited amount of "friends" using their wallet address. Chat with them and send coins to them right from your wallet!
- Update statuses from your wallet.

We want to take crypto-wallets to the next level! Change the way people use their crypto wallets.

Such features would back our statement : "Transfer money to your loved ones instantly anywhere in the world".

We may not include all the features proposed above. These are proposed ideas and we would try our best to include most. Also if you want something included, please do say. We will try to include it.

Not fixed. I am owed over 30 to 40k in coins here for the last 48 hours mining. And my ballance is showing only a total of 30.0 coins and not 30,000. My advrage earning was 15,000 per day diff gone up I know that however my ballance is totaly wrong.

Thanks.  I have sent an emil regarding this on site but no response yet. The problem I see is only 1 transaction on account and that was a credit made to my account. the rest of it theirs no history of my 48 hours worth of mining on the site and am a little worried that hes gone and reset the data or something conflicted and not updated. As well theris no histry going back more than 24 hours not even that id say last 12 hours on it and showing 1 round where i had 300k shairs anything before that is missing.

I think the goal in bitcoin have been to bring money back to "people".

I don't think going social is a great idea because social medias proven to be extremely bad for staying anonymous : search about NSA & metadatas, stuff like that...
And once you are not anonymous, states can tax you, control you, take money from you
States (and banks? :p) can steal your "hard earned" money without risking anything and they are clearly getting more and more ugly at this!
I would not be surprised if in the future, they put cameras everywhere to analyse your lifestyle to proove you own money and then hammer you with taxes

You think people have the choice but really once there are social stuff, you don't have any ! Because even if i don't put any info on me into my wallet, if my friends and my family link my wallet address with my name, i'm spotted.
Basically, i think once your money is not anonymous, it is more at risk than not

Also it seems to me it needs a lot of work to make a good "social" wallet because it could bring security issues if the wallet is "too much"


On the other side, history clearly showed most people does not care much about their privacy and liberty and intrusive social medias (facebook, twitter, QQ etc..) got very sucessful in the last years !
If it is cool and useful, most people will use it.
So there is a possibility people could use saffroncoin as a "social coin" and not really store much money on it but just enough for daily expenses, tipping friends and such...


Btw short term, i think you should focus on "fixing" blake and adding some others algos like X13 or something "really" CPU. Because once the coin is popular i believe it will be a lot more problems to hard fork

The security is one area that we have considered but that doesn't mean we can't make it secure.

And this feature is only for those that want it. It is entirely optional. You can stay completely anonymous if you want.

And for the "friends" part, you can only add people with their wallet address. Which is already public. No personal info to be given . Go on to block explorers of any non-anonymous coins and you can trace their addresses and transactions.

There are both ways to look at it. Pros and Cons. That is why we have asked you to decide.

But such things would actually make stuff easier for some people.

Nobody else other than you can know your balance. Your profile can't be viewed by others if that is what you thought. Your profile will just be like your history showing details of your transactions, exchanges, mining etc. It will only be visible to you.

Your chat messages will also be encrypted. You don't have to worry about snooping


Regarding Blake, there is nothing to fix. I have specified the details in my earlier post why no external miner can be used. We are already working on blake merged mining. You can then use external miners.

I did not specify it as a "social media" wallet. I said we are looking to socialize it in a way that makes it look cool at the same time maintaining privacy by keeping all the features optional.
Chatting with people you know is a great way to build your own community and they can even request you to transfer some coins to them by just messaging you on the wallet. It is pretty nice and can help people.
