Okay, I hope after this amazing feature "POOF", you will start working on implementing anonymity. We are eagerly waiting for that to happen and it could prove to be turning point for saffron coin. 😊
Yes anonymity and merged-mining is on our cards next. Anonymity is a dicy feature. It can make or break a coin. Many current anonymous coins take the code directly from darkcoin or anoncoin and implement it. They cause initial hype and end up becoming pump and dump coins. We will have a proper draft for it ready. We will think of a different kind of anonymity. We will also keep in mind what you suggested about the transaction being destroyed. If it is possible to implement, it could be the best form of anonymity present. The coins that get dumped are those which are scam, they just use anonymity as upcoming feature and never implement it, but still they get 1000's of BTC volume,which means more investors. Coins that successfully implement it are able to sustain price rise, the biggest example is darkcoin which started from around 0.2 $ and is now trading at 10 $, then there are cryptonote coins like Monero,XC ,cloak and also supercoin which is more than 11000% up right now. So if we are able to implement anonymity, specially the strong kind, our market cap will definitely increase. Anonymity plus other features in the wallet plus you were also talking about adding POS with POW, our coin will have potential to become one if the best in market. If successfully do this even early adopters who want to dump will not affect the price due to involvement of long term and big investors. |

Nice article but you forgot to mention about SFRMS service which allows to get notifications about your transactions and "POOF" which will be out in few days, it allows you to send messages which will self destruct after few secs like snap-chat, this makes the messages anonymous. This is the first draft on how we are proposing POOF! the anonymous encrypted messaging service by SFRMS to be -
- You need to activate your SFR address to work with POOF! by signing a message in the wallet to verify your SFR address. It is very easy and fast to setup. This is only a one-time setup. You will then receive a unique pin to login to POOF! You need to keep this PIN safe and use it only to read your POOF messages when you re-open your wallet.
- You can then send a short message of 100 chars to any activated SFR address.
- To maintain the security level of the message, the recipient of the message should read the message within 3 minutes, otherwise the message will automatically get destroyed.
- Once the recipient opens the message, the message will self destroy itself within 15 secs (the exact amount of secs is not yet decided). This ensures that the message leaves no trace behind and is not stored anywhere.
- A user can send 2 types of messages, an unencrypted message or an encrypted message.
- If the message you are sending has sensitive information, you can choose your own key to encrypt that message. The recipient needs to know that key to decrypt that message otherwise all they would see is some junk.
It is a great way of anonymously communicating without giving any of your personal info out to the world. The only thing used is your public wallet address. This system could go on to become the most secure/anonymous messaging platform out there.
We wanted to implement a snapchat like system in the wallet. This is even more secure since Snapchat requires some of your personal info.

No problem, just keep up the great work!  Wish I had got some coins before the recent raise in price. I was wondering why the spike and now I see it is most likely due to the new features implemented. The Anon feature is also good news and I look forward to learning more about that as thing progress. |
