Blocks are being solved all the time.  The beauty of 5 algos means even if a multipool raises the difficulty high then moves off, the other algos will still be solving blocks nicely.  Also the chance of a 51% attack is greatly reduced as the attacker needs to control 3 out of the 5 algos - quite unlikely.
