The bounty is specifically to recover the 1170 BTC afaik. A good amount of the NXT was frozen by BTER and will be returned. Although, several million stolen from a community fund he was treasurer of is also gone.

I had 4000 NXT stolen from me by ShareXCoin exchange. It someone recovers them, they can have half.

Well I haven' t thought of that
than I could also offer a bounty for recovering 0.86265 BTC that were stolen there too
I can offer 50% of stolen amount but I doubt that there will be anyone interested
in doing this for that "small" amount.
