Did you follow this guide? https://github.com/michelem09/minera/wiki/Getting-started#manual-install

BTW I don't think changing the Linux distribution could help you much, you should investigate your bluetooth problem on Raspbian with the official Minera image, there tons of guides how to setup bt on Raspbian.

Yes the guide has been followed multiple times.
It seems as though lighthttpd and apache do not see the minera directory that is in fact in /var/www/ I tried both web servers all return 404 error.
Update: The issue is in fact document root for both Lighthttpd and Apache changing this solved that issue with 404 page on Minera.

Now there is a new issue using Dual Miner USB stick  (for testing minera until I obtain better miner hw) ran into two issues and many hours wasted.

Using https://github.com/dualminer/dualminer-cgminer compile it with
Code:
 git clone git://github.com/dualminer/dualminer-cgminer.git cgminer
  cd cgminer
  sudo chmod +x autogen.sh
  sudo chmod +x configure
  ./autogen.sh
  ./configure --enable-dualminer --enable-scrypt --disable-opencl  --prefix=/home/pi/cgminer
 make && make install

When you try to run the the built application you will receive
Cannot open shared object file libudev.so.0” error? following several guides nothing worked when symlinking are trying to install the library needed.

The old comments for DualMiner fork of Cgminer states
Code:
Install

compiling for linux(ubuntu10 version or higher)
-./configure --enable-dualminer --enable-scrypt --disable-opencl --without-libudev --prefix=$DIR_PATH/
+./configure --enable-dualminer --enable-scrypt --disable-opencl  --prefix=$DIR_PATH/
 make && make install
may be you need to use sudo for more permissions.

which means use
Code:
./configure --enable-dualminer --enable-scrypt --disable-opencl --without-libudev --prefix=$DIR_PATH/

tried that and get the error  specify at least one pool server
End of Update:

As for the Raspbian and blue tooth; changing distros did solve the blue tooth issue.
On Raspbian the Bluez manager ui would not load at all or would load  messed up interfaces that you could not work with. installing the app again did nothing

tried pairing in command line following many guides; running commands such as

bluez-test-device trusted DC:2C:26:BE:B6:8F yes
bluez-test-input connect DC:2C:26:BE:B6:8F yes

bluez-simple-agent hci0 DC:2C:26:BE:B6:8F

All would return is bluetoothd running so it would not see the service running.

using top i could see the bluetoothd service running.

This distro minera worked without a hitch.

in the new OS Ubuntu Mate the blue tooth command line and UI works fine; but can't load minera see the above mention about the minera directory.

I purchased these fans on ebay, although I am sure others will work. Use a 4 1/2" hole saw to make a hole large enough for the 120 mm fans. Templates are available online to make it easier.

hey mich question being that cgminer does per chip autotune for gridseed 5chips

is there a way that minera with a on local miner details you could add a - + with the per chip hardware and rejection's cause i know you can tweak them better then the 25mhz that cgminer does if there would be a way to do that that way you dont have to go threw all of the debugging process to watch for errors

I didn't understand well your needs, but Minera supports only one miner at time, that means you could run multiple miners on it (manually) but Minera cannot display them (or setup them) because it looks at one miner only.

I didn't know Cgminer can do autotune on GS, are you talking about Dmaxl fork? How can you do that?

I just installed the latest minera image onto a new pi b+ I bought and I'm experiencing the php/layout issues that others have recently mentioned. This is off of a brand new install and the errors are visible on multiple devices even after clearing the cache. These errors make it impossible to configure minera.

I also updated another pi from 0.6.0 to 0.6.1 and now it's useless because of these issues as well.

Please try now.

To fix it definetely at your side, please update the Minera code:

Code:
cd /var/www/minera
sudo git fetch --all
sudo git reset --hard origin/master

And you will not see them anymore.

Hi,
I have currently two rigs running one is a raspberry PI2 with two Gridseed Blades and the secont is a Raspberry Pi2 with an Zeusminer Thunder.
I like to manage both over one PI.
means not to see both over the same webinterface, that means that Zeus and Gridseed miner are managed over the same Pi.

Can someone give me some hints how to configure this?

Thanks Stonie

are they both scrypt ?
are you wanting to tell them to join same pools?
if you have them set and want to change the pools to the same i would suggest something like what i do...

i use miningrigrentals website and tell the miners to not be avaliable then change the pools to what you want and just poing workers to there and change the pools there then you do not have to use 1 pi for both instances of minera just use mining rig rentals to change pools

OK, OK, my fault ;-)
you can ignore all I wrote about this ;-)

I don't know why, but in the past Minera versions i had trouble to get my miners running with BFGminer, badly the only one on the list who supports Gridseed and Zeus on the same rig.

I tested the setup now again with Minera 0.6.1 and now BFGminer works with both without any problem.

So all if fine now I have Zeus and Gridseed on the sam Raspbery Pi.

Thanks

Hi,
I use the Preconfigured miner options for

Minera 0.6.1
BFGminer 5.x (Official)

BFGminer Zeus miner+ Gridseed mixed

here the commandline i use:
--scrypt -S zus:all --set zus:chips=128 --set zus:clock=200 -S gridseed:all --set-device gridseed:clock=800

I use lower Clock then normal, because I changed the fan to low noise fans ;-)

For the setup, i dont know if this makes the "magic" that it runs ;-)
I first added the Zeusminer, after this was running fie i added the Gridseed.
My setup:

Raspberry Pi with minera 0.6.1
the Zeusminer Thunder is connected directly ti the PI
The two Gridseed Blade (4 boards) are connected to an powered D-Link Hub and the hub is connected to the PI.

hope that helps

Best

In case it helps you, I run my G-Black at 800 and average 25+ Mh/s.

-fvineyard

I just got my hands on a used Gridseed G-Black, anyone got tips for setting it up with Minera? My current settings (with using the dmaxl fork of cgminer) are
Code:
--scrypt --gridseed-options freq=850,chips=40 --queue 0 --scan-time 1 --expiry 1
I'm gonna let it run overnight and see what the average hashrate is in the morning. Any tips or tweaks anyone can offer are welcome :-D

Edit: after about 8 hours of runtime, it's averaging a little over 22Mh/s but with like a 16% HW error rate. Gonna try dropping the frequency and seeing if I can get it more efficient.

I have to run mine at 800 i tired all kinds of setting so the HW error stay very low if I go up to 825 its ok but for me to many HW errors, not much more in a speed increase, so at 800 my g-black stays at 25 to 27 , so I'm happy with that i don't need to OC any way and I don't use stock fans either for less noise, i think it runs cooler now or seems to  . I use BFG 5.2 i put in place of 5.1 it runs better for me . my hard errors sty at 7 to 10 % doing it how i do after 24 hours so I'm  ok with that to .  i honestly think these thing are like Zeus which i run a long side it, 10 % is the Sweet spot for zeus and these to it seems.

IF the Hard ware error jump up to high to fast just reboot it . if your using BFG you don't need to add a chip count it see it np . this is my setting with bfg 5.2 on there own PI s .

With my grindseed G -black

bfgminer --scrypt -S all -o your pool info here  -u user -p password --set gridseed:clock=800 --failover-only

 With my  cyclone/Tx2

bfgminer --scrypt -S all -o your pool info here  -u user -p password --set zus:chips=96 --set zus:clock=328 --failover-only

using  --queue 0 --scan-time 1 --expiry 1, doesn't seem to do anything .

I was tiring to figure out how to make minera work with P2Pool but i don't think it does right now. which i just learned how to auto load on my  PI at command line at start up . it took me many hours of looking and tiring to get minera to load the url it wouldn't so i reformatted a SD and did above for when i use the F2 Pool.

same setting work the same in Minera with BFG 5.2, i put in place of 5.1 .

i would for sure lower that to 825 or down for the G black Smiley like some one else said . speed should go up and be more stable and HW errors should drop down a lot . make sure all your blades are working I mean, make sure  AC or shares don't say zero  if it does say ZERO the board might be bad it will show as working under speed but the lite on the board will only flash red and never turn green.

I use one PI per miner , i look at it this way bit main does it all most all the DEV do it that way that make miners that come with it's own Controller . I dc if it has CG or BFG it just runs better to me one controller per miner unless it's like the tubes but you can use one per miner with them to and don't need the controller they offer to sell you . one PI will work just as good . PI don't cost much and are really a very sweet deal , one PC in one packages just supply the power and your golden.

Here is what my G-blade s at after 10 hours sorry forgot to Screen shot minera before i rebooted it by mistake .

[2015-07-27 17:53:00] 20s:28.05 avg:27.42 u:26.98 Mh/s | A:7562 R:25+0(.33%) HW:42/.55%

got that from the logging it doesn't wipe till a power off, i think . that's with BFG 5.2 and one PI Smiley .

i have all ways liked BFG more but i all ways root for the underdog and only reason i use cg at all, is right now that's all the s and c type series ants use but luke told me hes working on a bfg version for the s5, now that bitmain gave out the info needed to do it. nothing against CG miner either, its a very nice miner, i just like BFG more .
