Disagree all you want but there would be legit bitcoin banks. Those banks would be the very same banks that we have right now. They would only add bitcoin on their currency. You're asking why would they do that? To adopt the situation. It would be too hard for the government to ban bitcoins so they would just accept it instead once it goes mainstream.

A bitcoin bank would be the same thing as a fiat bank. Only difference is that the currency would be in bitcoin form. I don't know why are you guys trying to make a bitcoin bank so different from a fiat bank.

If you mentioned about conventional banks in the country will add bitcoin as their digital currency, I'm not sure it will be happen even in 5-10 years later. More than that, I can't say. Banks will assist bitcoin if government state it as an official payment which they can't let another currency dominate their own official currency, take over daily transaction from fiat money that lead to fiat become worthless.
What will happen is government issues some regulations about bitcoin and exchanges to protect citizens from fraudulent and illegal activities, but not cover the back of bitcoin.

We can only tell that our speculation is correct once it is the exact outcome, we have the news and the trends to look but we differ in terms of understanding as we do have different ways in analyzing it. Actually, we do not have to complicate things so much, one way to determine the price increase is when the demand will increase, and as bitcoin continues to be useful in will happen in due time.

There is no restriction because bitcoin is not a illegal payment system, the users has the freedom on whatever he wants to do with his bitcoin. If he invest it then that is good, there are plenty of opportunities to grow our bitcoins here, we can trade which is very convenient for us since we do not need to start with a big amount of capital. Is there any reliable evidence that Coinbase and Xapo really have their deposits insured?

I mean beyond what they claim themselves? I heard it many times myself but I have yet to see a genuine proof of that. Regarding interest, they pay transaction fees for their clients and that can be construed as interest. If you are sending funds every now and then, you are saving a big chunk of your money on these fees, but penny saved is a penny gained
