Very true...but there were really cheap properties in america when prices in sydney suburbs such as Blacktown rose. they prob gained 50% from last year

We bought a house for $500,000 now its prob $750,000 or more in 2-3 years

very true, lets hope zerocoin happens, but if it doesn't that's the next best step

implementing that isnt easy either, but its much easier than finishing zerocoin and adding it from what i understand. the costs will be cheaper also and i know more guys are more willing to do that.

Theres cheap prop in the west of sydney like areas after BT (penrith, etc)

some of those places you wouldn't want to live in but, australia is getting worse and worse, not much gun crime, but there is some real animals in this country trust me, i fell safer walking around at 3am in thailand then 10 pm in sydney
