My last scrypt payment has been relatively good, i just play whit the settings in scrypt, this really seems to help.
In the picture below my payouts for the last week. Two times i selected a other coins for a day instead of BTC AUTO. The last time i got a fair payout ($)4.18 in that coins if converted to dollar

my payments on scrypt (BTC auto) with 3 MH started with 120k/day satoxi 2 months ago. Now they are at 5k satoxi.

Incredible i have to say !

I still believe in you GM ! Use the force !

1)  LTC price down by 30%:   https://bitcoinwisdom.com/markets/btce/ltcusd
2)  LTC difficulty increasing again:  https://bitcoinwisdom.com/litecoin/difficulty
3)  BTC price stays in the low $320 area

Does not look that good for scrypt at the moment, sha looks better at the moment.

LTC has been sliding since spring/summer

At one time last year it was about 1/30 btc

Now it is 1/130

Either they have no faith in the currency or they dont want people to use scrypt machines to mine to convert to btc

I think Genesis need to reevaluate the script coin market and provide another option either introduce other coins on BTC auto or lower their fees.

The rate we are going now roi is looking very dismal if we keep trying the same thing expecting a different result.

Looking at the coin market surely there are few more speculative coins which are more profitable.

Maybe introduce a high risk/high return auto coin option which is market determined with an algorithm constantly updating and providing changes to the most profitable coin?

Overall I think Genesis have allot going for them the website gui, professionalism, response speed are top notch although like any business things change in the market and they need to adapt and refine their strategy to be profitable for their clients.

Sure, but unfortunately their electricity company etc or the companies that they have to purchase mining hardware from have to adapt as well then..

Problem is, there are no profitable Scrypt coins, only way to profit these days is to hope that someone releases a new Scrypt coin, which will not happen as they know that Asics and farms will just wreck it within 5 minutes and multipools etc mining the crap out of it and dumping it for BTC all the time.

Only way to profit is to look at a coin and see if anything amazing is going to happen with it, perhaps a new feature is added, mine some, keep it and just pray that when feature is added, price goes up and then what happens anyway?? People dump it ...So Crypto is just a mess at the moment.. Look at Paycoin..full of hype and promise and yet it is being dumped to hell at the moment...Aurora Coin, Maxcoin....all the same...even LTC is being slaughtered...

Their SHA payouts are reasonable. The price of the contracts needs to come down 50% though.

I fully agree but who is going to pay for that 50%? GM is not another ponzi that can lower prices based on non-existent hardware stored in thin air that runs on magic alone.

If they want to compete with AmHash and Hashnest for example

they need to cut the price by 50% at least.

Depends. They don't all offer the exact same thing, so why should pricing be the same? Competing can be done on multiple levels. Can I mine UNO at hashnest? Can I mine UNO at home for the price GM charges? Just one example. It's not all a simple matter of pricing. Though yes, price matters heavily. GM has been following their own path, which is quite unique, since day one. I don't need another AmHash or Hashnest as those exist already. So, what's that worth to you? Such differences may make a huge difference in the not so distant future.

I do not trust AmHash a bit.
Genesis Mining is something really special whit the cool coin selection.
Sha256 is doing great, and scrypt is really not bad if you mine coins, not btc auto

BTC dropped down so more over the last few hours so expect to get lower payouts today due to the daily fee, especially with Scrypt

Now you mention it, haven't had a payout since 29/12. Small time so perhaps haven't earned enough to register  Wink

In order here except that some VIA from mining days 12/30,

12/31 and 1/1 is stuck in transit somewhere.

Don´t know what that´s about, here´s one transaction

according to GM.

http://explorer.viacoin.org/tx/a6e9b2c301b364740e853e903755f79b245b5bcc834dd4a666c700016f5eaeee

And P.S. mining day 1/2

Too lazy to make a fuss. it´ll be sorted eventually I´m sure.
