Hello this is ronei, I came here trying to get some attention from you, is look like the support is ignoring my tickets # 1674, 1688 and 1696 all 3 are talking about the same thing, but on the #1696 that I open with different name to make sure that I was right(answered in less than 10 min) that the support is ignoring me, on that ticket explain all what I want to get this solve, if not, will start from this post what is happening, and then to the next step.
