1. What percentage of the VRM supply will be available for ICO?
2. What will the ICO funds be used for?
3. And what is the incentive for people taking part in the ICO?
Can somebody from the dev team please answer these 3 questions? I am sure a lot of people want to know the answers. Thanks you very much.

Good questions, i want to now the answers as well Damn its been a LLLOOOONNNNGG time. The devs would be able to answer this way better then myself but I will answer to the best of my knowledge. 1) Maintenance of things like verbit, marketing promotion to further adoption, development 2) There are talking a 40% discount of verbit, if I understand its a 10:1 ratio 3) To get verium at a discounted prices instead of a 10:1 ratio its 6:1 Like I said this is from what I have gathered I know everything has not been hammered out yet. Think if gold was $1 and you can buy it for 60 cent on the dollar that's a nice deal. There's only going to be a little over 2 million Verium and with the developers keep working to improve the coin this isn't going no where anytime soon. Verium and Vericoin are going to keep growing maybe slow but still growing non the less with some pretty smart people behind it. With the way bitcoin transaction times are compared to Vericon this is a true currency competitor, with the security and scarcity of verium in relation to vericoin this is a potential game changer.

1. What percentage of the VRM supply will be available for ICO? Still determining this based on mining requirements etc. 2. What will the ICO funds be used for? The funds will largely be saved for long term usage on likely infrastructure, development, projects and collaborations. All usage of funds will be publicly and transparently voted for by the core community at vericoinforums.com, which anyone can be a member of. There are some post requirements and such for voting though. 3. And what is the incentive for people taking part in the ICO? The ICO will likely be a first come, first serve tiered discount (probably starting at 40% discount) on what we estimate the value of Verium to be based on the 10x lower total supply ratio with VeriCoin and it's price at the time of the ICO.

Ok, to participate in VRM ICO you need to have VRC. I suppose it is best time to hoard some cheap VRC in advance now, before others start...

Cheap coin to get discounted commodity from developers that are basically geniuses and ethical? This is potentially great investing! This coin went hiding but they didn't stop working!

It's been a while but it's good to be back on here! If you watched the hangout ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ma0XXq3IDKk), you'll see we're all really excited about Verium and the ecosystem it will make along with VeriCoin. The symbiotic relationship between the two allows the movement of money via the mining costs to come into VRC through VRM adding a significant source of value all while helping secure the VRC and VRM networks.

Has a similar situation happened with any other coin where we could compare numbers and results as well as I guess reasoning behind the percentage.

This could really be big, once the ICO date and details are set and we learn more about what VRM will be, this may just be one of the highlights of Q3 in crypto!

Thanks for replying. I was wondering since Verium will use a new blockchain and new algo, if it would have been possible to implement high level of anonymity there? It's probably much easier then implementing that on the existing Vericoin blockchain? Then people will have even more incentive mining and buying Verium from ICO. We can use Vericoin as fast paced ecommerce currency while Verium can be used for large anon transactions. I believe it fits your existing concept very well. Please give it some consideration if it is not too late.

Good idea reopen btctalk again after long time. VRC is over 2 years old coin, stable Dev team, community and tech inside. Now Verium coming, VRC will be faster more secure. Price will reflect all this very soon. 7k atm is good for get in and make investment.

Please give it some consideration if it is not too late. Interesting idea. I have been working on a clean decentralized anonymous technology somewhat similar to a "stealth username" which would combine both anonymity with intuitive username sending. I still have a fair bit of work left do on it but it should work well when complete. It was my intention to add that to the Vericoin blockchain or both Verium and Vericoin. Adding only to Verium is an interesting idea though too. It will not be complete by Verium release because Verium is a new PoW protocol which itself requires quite a bit of coding and testing. After Verium is stable though I will resume work on stealth usernames and decide what makes the most sense for implementation. I also have some other related interesting ideas about what can be done across two separate blockchains that may end up being part of it.
