Is the pool experiencing difficulties? It's punting me out to my backup pool pretty regularly after 5 or 10 minutes if I try to connect. It's been really solid the last day or two before this.

Can you send me an email with miner log by any chance, that shouldnt be happening.

I'll have to wait for it to mess up long enough to switch to the backup pool, but I did get a disconnect message at the last block. This is the verbose Phoenix message. Kernel is phatk2 on a 6870.

Are you connecting through gpumax by any chance? Also which version of phoenix? Please make sure you use either latest cgminer 2.3.2 or phoenix2

Nope, not through GPUMAX. I didn't actually have any idea there was a Phoenix2 until you mentioned it. I was using Phoenix 1.7.5.

The connection issues happen on all my miner instances at the same time, so I will load Phoenix2 on two machines and leave Phoenix on the others to see if it fixes the issue.

Thanks Clipse.

Thanks Clipse.

Great, please let me know the outcome.

Im busy with the initial steps on moving the pool to new permanent server (last move was from old server to temp server waiting on hardware) , this problem shouldnt be related to the current temp server since it seems rather isolated to you right now however moving to the new server should help alot with some of the other snags the pool experienced from time to time.

Btw, its alot easier for me to respond to these queries via email so could you please follow up by emailing me at the email you got server details from initially.

Thanks.

Seriously, case sensitive?

Not sure who you replied to, but yes workernames are case-sensitive, this will change shortly where you would be able to choose your own workers under your actual client panel.

UPDATE :

Webstats will be down for few hours at most while I move content to new server. Pool will follow later today (Wednesday) and I will send an email for when that occurs.

Yup stales are a problem atm, lets see how the server move goes later tonight and take it from there Smiley

Its definitely top priority to get this fixed.

UPDATE :

Pool stable now, finally. The current stale count will drop over the day, it was due to kernel lock that occurred earlier today but thats atleast fixed now.

Clipse,

The Difficulty on the stats page for the previous and current rounds appear to be switched.

Clipse,

The Difficulty on the stats page for the previous and current rounds appear to be switched.

The difficulty is right and the description is wrong, I believe. The new difficulty is under "User shares for previous difficulty due for current payment cycle", which is where my new shares are going, and the old difficulty is under "User shares due for current payment cycle", and those share numbers haven't been moving.

Thats correct and I send an email earlier explaining, will have permanent solution for it by Sunday as its obviously not right.

Yeh what a stuffup, I send progress report via email (about 4 of them) and they all just vanished without going through even though I had sendmail confirmations, technology can be a bum sometimes.
