I did just hit a PoB Mined block for 60.96 SLM on the wallet with the screen shots that I've posted earlier.

Was burning through the remaining balance with 8 SLM left in balance, so I'm UP when it confirms !

When did you burn the coin, at the previous block or earlier ? What i am trying to figure  out is if i will be getting anything more of the 100 coins i have burnt so far

Indeed. I'm not 100% sure on that. Trying to the match transactions with 'burnt' coins etc.

We could use a block explorer ~ looking though the code too.

Whitepaper - Because of this concept, it can be said that “burnt coins are mining rigs”, the main difference being the hardware demands.

Such bullshit.

Anyway, i am out untill the dev explains the concept better. So far, most likely, someone is profiting on PoB difficulty, most probably the dev.

Burned over 100 coins, got 68 in return.

..Still doesn't syncing. Could you copy the exact values of conf file Smiley

rpcuser=user
rpcpassword=pass
rpcport=33700
rpcallowip=192.168.0.*
addnode=76.127.202.17
addnode=96.237.174.192
server=1
listen=1

its rpcpass not rpcpassword.

You're wrong. It's rpcpassword.

Is that why my wallet is synced & mining without error?

Usually use rpcpass but my linux box wouldnt run slimcoind with rpcpass only rpcpassword. My other windows pc only has the addnode lines and that syncs too. I wanna finish work to see if i got anymore blocks and try to burn. Roll on 830

PoB is the same deal, the more coins you burn the more chance you have to hit a block. PoB and PoW are very similar.

How is this probability calculated ? What stops someone burning 50 coins per block thus gaining 99% probability of hitting a PoB block ?

I did just hit a PoB Mined block for 60.96 SLM on the wallet with the screen shots that I've posted earlier.

Was burning through the remaining balance with 8 SLM left in balance, so I'm UP when it confirms !

What the burning strategy? Any difference between burning all immediately, or in portions?

Burn all immediately and your coins are gone forever Smiley PoB is damn stupid. You need to burn per PoW block. The more you burn the better chance of hitting a PoB. Burn 40 and you get a PoB block of 50 for sure
