Just a basic interpretation but I think Guozi's article is saying that in China the media only publicizes the centralized services like Tencent and Sina (QQ the worlds biggest IM client and Sina like the Chinese Twitter/Yahoo) or CCTV and People's Daily (2 of the biggest media outlets) and he questions their anonymity and ownership.

And Talkcoin (聊聊币 or 'Talk Currency') provides people in China the first way to have true decentralized anonymous chat for secure messages (私聊 or 'to whisper' usually stuff the gov doesn't like), similar to how Bitcoin lets people avoid the central bank controlled money system, which is why China has worked against Bitcoin to lower the price.

Guozi - You're awesome.  I spent a lot of time in China so I know posting like that is not trivial. And the reason you are doing it is not just for $/元 like a lot of people.  WE SUPPORT YOU!  谢谢
