NO, we are at Block 0, but there is a Fail in our SourceCode so the Deamon connects to the Quazarcoin Network

No, we testet it but at the first time there was no Error

PresidentCoin was launched, but the People said it was a unfair start, because the first Block had 1,000,000 Coins, so we stoped it
