Your backlog is too big.

Basically, you have to cut down the transactions into smaller pieces.

As to how to do that with NOMP... you will have to ask zone117x

Until it fixed, your payouts will be further backlogged.

You can try to remove the offending redis blocks from redis, but then those coins will be lost - ie they won't be paid out.
