Also for anybody who hasn't staked coins recently, the max age is 30 days, so if your coins have staked once, it will take 30days before they stake again, you can move them, which resets the "age".  Also due to the low difficulty, smaller blocks have a better chance at winning a PoS Block than larger blocks

Is this really how PoS works in XC?

I'm sure that the premine address was moved for a good reason like it was last time. I will make sure that this answered when dev is awake.

Yes the premine was moved to a new address and I'm moving it back to the old address in smaller blocks as I'm testing various things w/ PoS.

All of the premine is being moved back to the original address in different sizes 5, 10, 20, 50 etc

Also the website link has been updated, and new release will be out today shortly with updated xnode code

What you said the above in bold:   Are you sure?

I'm wondering whether you changed the PoS algorithm in PPC.

I personally don't think the dev know PoS details of the original PoS algorithm in PPC. But from the background linkedin provides, the dev has a great tech background related to the development of xnode, multi-path algorithm.

Confused.

I do know the code and currently working in all the updates and looking for optimization, since the network has such low difficulty there are issues with the original code from Sunny King.  XC already is splitting blocks to make them smaller when a wallet stakes...

i know its probably been said a bunch but its not in the ann... what flags & config steps are needed to setup/run xnode... I hear its simple but that its more than just running the batch file, or rather when i ran just that batch file i didnt seem to be accomplishing anything.  Also maybe a good writeup could be part of the announce, or on the wbesite, or on your forum or anywhere really...  Thanks in advance!

$MAID & $BTC other than that some short hodls and some long held garbage.

From elviselvis101:

After that I get this;

"mismatched spent coins" : 2,
"amount affected by repair" : 15.85825400

and the coins still missing ad wallet out of sync, any ideas ?

If you have the last wallet 1.35 just backup your wallet, stop your wallet, and delete all the file except wallet.dat in appdata/X11coin/ and then launch run-xc-resync.bat if it's for long time more than 15mn stop the wallet and re launch it with the same bat.

Thanks tr8kr, that did the trick, I have never seen/used "run-xc-resync.bat" before  Smiley

Make X11Coin.cong and put in there:
listen=1
rpcuser=changeuser
rpcpassword=changepass
reservebalance=10000
addnode=west01.xcnode.xc-official.com
addnode=east01.xcnode.xc-official.com
addnode=west02.xcnode.xc-official.com

 After that only run run-xc-xnode-mainnet.bat. reservebalance=10000 is example from manual, can be any ammount you want. In this release 15XC is needed for node, it is only for testing purposes.
 Ofc download latest wallet or it shall not work...
