+1 don't rush! It's more important that everybody knows there are developments.. If people want to help they should post a message on the forum and telling about there specalities so the team knows who to ask for different tasks.

Since launch he has not concerned himself with any of this.  In hindsight, we all should have let this go until it was ready, and the started pimping it.  
But the community is growing.
