I dumped my XC to buy BitcoinDark. Others are probably making similar trades, depressing the price.
I'll be buying back into XC asap though.

You should be happy about the price on offer then abrupto I also agree with your sub points BTW... I'm not going to apologise for my views or moan about others (don't think I have done that at all) I dont want to sound obsessed with the price, but I do think having more of a stable price is in our long term interest... Just my opinion.. I also think that having harnessed such a passionate community, the best way to use that community is to keep it engaged through communication, maybe we have been spoiled recently but I am personally pining for some more news... Artoo You have nothing to apologize for at all;-) I understand everyone's concerns and I would love more news as well. I also agree we should all be engaged through communication. I just get a little irked sometimes is all; I haven't bought xc to increase my btc stash as many people have. I can see this technology making sidechains obsolete. I can see PoBC communicating with the btc blockchain. I can see bitcoin becoming an XCurrency, in other words, we will be able to anonymize our bitcoin transactions using XC. Maybe I'm just crazy, maybe I'm too much of a fanboy! Either way it is great to have battbot and the other XConnoiseurs rallying behind our team and trying to instill confidence back into the thread.

All we need is marketing.
We are technically one of the best coins out there. And one with the greatest promise.
There's only so much money in the alt coin community and it just gets shuffled around from coin to coin.
Advertising is in the pipeline I've been told, so for now we just need to be patient and enjoy these low prices whilst they are still available.

Exactly. Plus it can take a minimum of 8 hours to a maximum of 30 days for your coins to stake (as listed in the OP).

The guide doesn't tell you though if there is an easy method to putting those coins in addresses from a one address balance. Is it really manually generating each address new and then sending x amount??

It would be a nice feature to automate that process, so I think you have a good suggestion. Maybe one of the devs will look at this and agree.

Ha, that's some funny shit right there! Hopefully it shouldn't be too long before we get the completed REV2, this price drop will seem like a distant memory then. @rockstahh, we should of sold out and bought back in

It would be a nice feature to automate that process, so I think you have a good suggestion. Maybe one of the devs will look at this and agree. I don't think 50-500 coin blocks means 50-500 in each address. I have three addresses that have coins in my wallet and each address has way more than 550 coins. I don't have any issues staking but all of my transactions (except for one) have been less than 333 coins. I think the 50-500 coin blocks means that the transactions are from 50-550 coins as opposed to having 10,000 coins in a single transaction. For example, you bought 33,300 coins and want to send them to one address in your wallet. It would be better to send 100 transactions of 333 coins to that address instead of one lump sum of 33,300.
