CloakTrade working in latest wallet update: 1.9.5.1

Since last upgrade you can now buy, sell and check your balance from within wallet.

We will call this the official beta version.

https://mega.co.nz/#!ddNkyBRQ!XkMHH-c4gEwVEclQn3RPv2DjdOE5ecz3XAMociWGUNY

For something that appeared quite simple on the surface, modding the wallet took an unexpected amount of time.

Implementing CloakTrade has made the team allot wiser about things that do and don't work, which is going to be very helpful for all future wallet mods, of which many are planned.

We can now fully concentrate on PoSA (which we will try everything we can to have it out before 7th July  Wink The date is being moved back a couple of days due to the extra time spent patching CloakTrade).

However this week, as mentioned before, you'll be able to view an extensive whitepaper for CloakMarket : Decentralized p2p market (where cloakcoin will be the currency of choice).

We are also in talks about creating our own VPN service: CloakVPN. It will most likely become part of our encrypted services package, in which automated subscription payments can be made direct from the CLOAK wallet in order to pay for such services (another first perhaps).

During development of these new projects there will be plenty of dev videos along the way to keep track of progression.

Excited to see it all happen. Well done Dev Smiley

I won't go into further details on XC in this thread. I am not invested in that coin. However I am aware they are also working on a trust less anon function with a release date set for 7th. Meaning cloak and XC are racing for the first unique trust less anon system. There may be blood!

Your post history indicates you are deeeeep into Darkcoin. Doesn't that mean you can do your own research? The OP of this thread gives you everything you need to know about PoSA. Saying you're a noob is very misleading.

Not a bad idea... how about a dev bounty if they actually produce on time (working PoSa, no major bugs on the 7th).  I'd contribute.

i'll see that 200 on implementation. i think that should be a minimum for everyone who's getting rich off of this coin TBH. I honestly wish there was like an escrow that we could all pool some coins together in, to show the devs that as much as they mean business, so do we if they deliver. not like they're not putting in overtime anyways, but would be a cool incentive to see how many people are supporting them. I think it would be surprising how many would toss a handful of cloak their way.

look forward to posting my TX ID on the 7th. good luck!

can't we just donate to the development fund if POSA is released?

I think it was posted some pages back.

Dev please put development fund adres on the cloak website or somewhere on the first page.

Can you also adjust the countdown of POSA on the cloakcoin.com website?

good point.

my point is that it would be cooler to have a transparent "jar" we can put our donations in with the stipulation that X requirements are met.

coin devs often have bounties going the other way for people who help with the coin, no reason we shouldn't all pitch in to essentially to give the devs a bounty for reaching goals WE want to see.

straight donations are obviously more expedient, and less dependent on any conditions, but i think that in the spirit of all the "firsts" that this coin is achieving, having the community do a dev bounty as a "first" would also be neat. probably logistically and judicially too difficult (what if some people disagree if the requirements are fullt "met" or not) but i still think it would be a cool idea.

like a bake sale, or a raffle, fill up that jar with coins that everyone can see.

it would almost quality as... marketing? =p

Just been analysing the cloak market cap graphs and must say it is looking very good. Along with the cloak rich list which seems to have a real even spread of coins. Great news on the way, with devs pushing hard to get there deadlines met. I have been investing in alts for a long time now and have to say this is by far the coin with the best potential for huge returns that I have seen. I can see this coin pushing for a coin value of anywhere between 1.5 to 3.5 per coin in the short to medium term. Still buying as much as I financially can.
