Since I'm not a dev, and all the work the dev's have done has been posted, I thought I would post what I've been doing.

1. I created and manage the official twitter: @HarmonyCoin
2. I chat in forums, twitter, and through private messaged discussing HarmonyCoin with potential Investors
3. I manage most of the responses in this thread, as well as responding to people's messages
4. I coordinate everything with exchanges, merchants, bounties, journalists
5. Finally, I basically delegate to the rest of the team. Making sure that everyone is working hard on what they need to do.

I have worked about 14hours a day everyday for the past 6 days, and once the IPO is over I still expect to put in 8 hour days everyday. Again, this is my full-time job and I am 100% committed towards making it work. I know our head dev is working at least 10-12 hour days as well every day for the past 6 days. Our mulitpool manager will pick up his work once the IPO ends, and he will be expected to work at least 8 hours a day everyday to improve the multipool for when POW is over. That includes things such as automatic payouts, and automatic sending to exchanges. We prefer not to do automatic selling because as a trader, I'm sure I can do buys and sells better than a program. Hope this makes things more clear.

Dev posted everything we have been working on up until today, we can't preview the pools right now because we want no way that Harmony could be mined early by someone who gains access to the mining network.

If you are putting up sells for Harmony below 6000, please remove them at least until the IPO is over. These sells put a big damper on the possible success of the IPO, and limit the amount of btc that goes into the IPO. We have investors coming in tomorrow who are going to be buying into the IPO, so there is no reason to sell now below 6000 when you could sell later for above 6000.

In my opinion, the team is very unprofessional.

after two days of ipo, only have an twitter account. nothing else.
at least , they should have an preview  official website.

We have no problem doing that, and again appreciate the suggestion. We have always been upfront with what we are working on, but if you would like a very detailed breakdown, we can do that.

June 5th: Finished multipool, just needed to tweak interface for HarmonyCoin.
June 6th: Recompiled Windows wallets and Mac wallets
June 6th: Rented personal server to host official pool, blockexplorer, and website.
June 6th: Continued researching and working on anon features.
June 7th: Ran into issues with pool because of the extra code to donate to charity
June 7th (late): Resolved issues with pool

This is pretty much what we have been doing from a development side of things throughout the IPO. CryptoAdvisor will post what he has been doing from a marketing and social side later on when he wakes up.

It will be handled by Bittrex. They will send the coins to a coin destruction address.
