Fernand0x has posted in here many times, you can go back and see his posts. The coin has been out for less than two weeks and we have delivered everything we have said we will so far. It takes a lot of time to develop unique features, you can't just expect everything to start cranking out the second the coin is released. We have talked about this coin being a 3-4-5 month long hold, and in that, there is no guarantee that the coin succeeds. There is no guarantee any coin succeeds in cryptos. We, as the team behind this coin, will do everything we can to make it succeed though, and that is why our team is working so hard to release new things. The reason we would want to get on an exchange is because it will bring more money into the coin, and thus bring new members into the community. This is a good thing because it increases the visibility of HarmonyCoin. Even if we release new technology, this coin has no chance to get pushed very far if there only the same 5 people posting in this thread. The community has to be bigger than that.

They are the face of this coin and I dont see enough activity from them to have any confidence.

How do you think the community gets bigger?
Dont expect to find a bigger community just by cloning a coin, as the days of the clone are gone.
You can set up a multipool for <1BTC these days.

We need innovations, new technology, something new to talk about, to lure more members into the community.
If you cant provide that extra buzz with 50BTC, then we fail because of your incompetence and greed.
You are not building any confidence in the community by saying " there is no guarantee that the coin succeeds "
We are here to succeed and not to fail, if you deliver better things.
Spend some of the 50BTC, stabilise the price so that the community knows that there is buy support from the devs at certain price target and we grow from there.

IPO price - 6000sat
Total Number of coins deducted since IPO ended = 2.2M + 1.5M (miscalculation)
The current price - 800sat

This coin has been out 2 weeks and it seems that you expect us to release the holy grail or something. Everything we're currently working on is public on the OP, and it takes time to develop these things. As for the btc from the IPO, it has been clearly stated that will be used for funding developments for this coin; both current and future. We did not raise a ton of BTC from the IPO, and need to utilize it to make features that will be most effective for the long-term life of this coin.

PS: As a note, developments will be a little slow right now because our head dev is getting married in a few days. He is still working on this coin all week, even with his wedding coming up. We think this shows our dedication to the coin, and really it will just take patience.

I have never seen an IPO coin nosediving like this in 2 weeks and the dev team is just watching it, other than moaning about the lack of community support, as if its the community which failed the coin.
Since the BTC is raised from us investors, I think we have the right to know how its spent.
So just tell us how its being spent so far and how much of it is left for the new features.
50BTC may be peanuts for you, but my 1.5BTC is a lot for me  

I think the goal coin dev is busy with developing features for goal coin and HMY is just a little extra income for him to migrate the goal coin's functionalities when its done.
The multipool operator, ofcourse has got many other multipools to operate and doesnt care if HMY succeeds or not.
Then we have HarmonyCoin and DailyModo screaming for community support and voting at exchanges.

IMHO, if you want to see new functionalities for this coin, watch out the goalcoin thread, and once its implemented there, there is a good chance it could appear for HMY too

Well, just to update, we put 20btc of our own money into the IPO to help raise it's visibility, so in reality only 26btc was raised from investors. The coins we got from buying into the IPO have been given out to many people as bounties and to hopefully increase the coin's community. So, we currently only hold about 20000 total HMY among us. If needed we can show buys and sells to prove that we never sold any HMY at any point.

So, the 26btc we actually raised in the IPO will be used for further developing the coin. Devs have to be paid for their work, and 26btc is really not a ton to support this coin for a long time. This is why we are not wasting btc on other things, instead we are focusing all our efforts on developing. Keep in mind it's really only been 2 weeks. If you can be patient and stick around as we continue releasing things over the next couple months, then it is very possible you will be rewarded well. As a trader though, that's your choice. We're going to do what we need to do though whether people hold or not.

The coin is barely 2 weeks old, i understand the price is low right now since i am also an investor just like everyone else.
But you need to understand something, giving constantly negative comments even when improvements are done even when everything that has been planned and said to be done was done is just bad for the coin health.

I mean the dev introduced the multipool in no time just like he said he will and i didn't even see a positive comment about it, you guys need to either help promote the coin outside of btctalk if you want to price to rise right away or you can wait until the devs are able to introduce the next features they already said they were going to implant which is a world wide merchant adoption tool plugin and the anon function which is already in the work.


There is not 100 way to rise the price right now and its even harder with a constant bunch of negative comments, com on now support your coin a bit more there has only been hard work done since the very start and 0 credit given out to the developpers.

This is just the start and it will keep on being improvement and developed.

CoinMarketCap just updated the total coins cap for Harmony with a market cap of 17800 only!

The actual market cap is ridiculously small and has room for a lot of growth in the future.
