Right now the price is kind of the best part of the coin. The devteam are well respected and know their stuff. The coin is fairly rare and some nice features cooking. I'm adding some to my collection, 1.5k sat is a steal.
Definitely a steal. Good buy support and its hit 3k several times over the past few days waiting for that breakout.

There seems to be very little promotion for Harmony so far. Is this intentional? Edit: also, no website?

I've had 2 r9 280x gpu's mining highest profit x11 coins since the multipool launch. @5Mh/s 1st payout 1674.98 2nd payout 949.98 3rd payout 751.98 Note that I wasn't mining the entire time in any one of those sessions. I moved to other coins and had a power outage that kept me from mining. Send some hashes at the multipool. The payouts are worth it.

It is not intentional, but we are not working hard to promote right now. We know people are buying into the coin through discussions on irc and twitter, but we are looking to start pushing harder in July when we can hopefully start tech. Look a couple pages back, our main dev announced that when he comes back from his HMY he will be working hard and big things will come.

I've had really good results as well, on the x11 multipool with 2 750ti's at about 4.5+ mhs~ payouts have been 1774, 672 and most recently 1095 hmy. Going to stay on this for a while...

I like this coin, very underpriced, seems legit... I think all it's going to take is a bit of patience. I have patience in spades. Looking for a 10x return in the next few weeks/month.

Congrats HMY on weathering the storm of FUD from the DCM devs. I'd just like you to know that they turned out to be crooks. They tanked the coin (yesterday it was selling at 200 satoshi, from the IPO offer of 10,000 satoshi). They locked the ANN thread twice. They tried to sensor concerned investors. They never responded to PMs. They closed down their website, and basically ran away with 22 BTC each. A lot of fake promises and no real development. They've moved on to scamming others with new coins. Stay away from that piece of shit. Stay away from XBC (2 of their devs were devs for DCM), and just stay away from anything associated with those assholes. Their names will be associated as SCAMMERS forever. Good luck with everything here. You guys seem to have an active and real legit dev here.

Thank you for kind words. We haven't checked that thread in a while, but have seen it the market on Bittrex, sad to see that happen. We won't be walking away from this coin anytime soon, we'll be giving our best shot to build it up. Been going solid for now, nice market staying pretty consistent.

Since there will be a delay due to the devs wedding, it only makes sense to wait with actively promoting the coin until he is back and the features are nearing completion. Until then is a good time to focus on improving and maybe promoting the multipool. Keep up the good work.

I have questions in regards to the destroyed coins from the IPO. The coins are not really destroyed in the code, right? For what I read they are sitting in one account. If that is the case, what would stop Bittrex from "recovering" the coins if HMY was very successful, lets say $10 a piece? I know is unrealistic right now, but you never know what can happen in crypto. If that happened that account would be worth $20m and although I have no reason not to trust Bittrex, $20m are a lot of $$$$. This is something that may spook potential investors, but I might be wrong and the coins may have been really "destroyed". Thanks for letting me know.
BTW, I like how this project is moving. Step by step, no hype and continuous updates so everybody involved knows what is happening. Slow progress is not a bad thing at all as long as there is progress. Thanks for your good work and keep it up!!

well #1 worth is always balanced in ask vs sell / so lets say bittrex would recover those / he would need 20 million in buys to make a run for it, at that point im sure it would be doable to BLOCK these addresses from doing transactions in a wallet update...

Yes, I get what you say but wouldn't be better to block it now to avoid having to do it later?. This coin could be anon in the future, what would stop anyone with access to that wallet to transfer coins to many other addresses and use the coins to purchase things or sell them in the exchanges?

Well we trust Bittrex, and know they are not out to scam or run a shady business. No, they did not properly destroy the coins by sending them to an irretrievable address, but they promised us that they have thrown out all information regarding the account they did send the coins to, and could never access them again.
