Anyone knows how to fix this ? When i open aeond.exe in this morning, it can't run and show this error on log file. Please advice me how to fix that.
P/S i ran all smooth yesterday.

There is a fix for this issue already in other cryptonote coins.
The dev should be able to solve this issue.

I don't think you understand how pools work.
If all the hash is on one pool, then other pools will receive orphans until the hash spreads more evenly.  
I have the largest pools for bytecoin, and ducknote, I understand very well how to run the pool.
