That's good, but that exchange has unreasonable and absolutely unacceptable withdrawal fees. For example Bitcoin withdrawal fee is 2%, which means you have to pay 0.02 BTC to withdraw 1 BTC, while normal good exchanges take 0.0005 or 0.001 max.

FreiExchange is currently changing their fee structure on withdrawals. They have 0 trading fees.

But START coin users sitting back waiting to get rich won't work. FreiExchange isn't a large volume exchange and traders are risk averse. Unless people deposit some START  coin on FreiExchange, it will get delisted for lack of interest. Then that's it.

I cannot speak for STARTCoin community, as I am not a part of it, but I would suggest to review the withdrawal rates and introduce normal trade fees instead. I believe that could make your exchange more attractive to occasional traders, which you should attract first, as frequent traders prefer to trade on more established exchanges. I, for one, would hesitate to transfer any coins to an exchange which basically forces me to leave coins there by setting high withdrawal rates.

FYI, currently, the fees for the median (the central 50%) user on FreiExchange are equivalent to a withdrawal rates on other exchanges plus 2 trades. The current fee structure is unfavorable to larger BTC withdrawals above around 0.15 BTC, depending how many trades they make. Further, users can withdraw DOGE practically for free.
