I've been reading up on MaidSafe, they are building something similar to what Crypti is doing (Dapps) named SAFE Network. The SAFE network would be a platform for apps and programs that could be accesses by the network users. In their system docs paper they state: Here are some examples of the type of apps that can be used on the SAFE Network. - Cloud storage
- Encrypted messaging
- Web sites
- VoIP
- Social networks
- Distributed databases
- Document or contract signing
- Any existing service that runs on the Internet
It's become a race to whoever gets there first, gets all the fame. There's also Ethereum with their millions of dollars who are planning the same thing. It's definitely a race, but Encrypted Messaging Web sites & search engine Social Networking Contracts through AT have already been done in QORA! It's definitely not a face ,because we don't have the same Destination Dapp Platform is not just about some Features. it's a new way to Organize Decentralized application. it's not about what we can do by Crypti.it's about what we cann't do by Crypti making an app or some apps was no big deal,NXT,QORA,XCP,and someone else can do it.but making an app store is truly remarkable!

^ nice shilling why don't head back to the qora thread This was not meant as a promotion..even though it may sounded like it is. I posted just to clarify things and to share latest information. My post was relevant to the list of the SAFE network apps posted above. I also like Crypti and there is room for many cryptocurrencies in this world. it's gotten better since you removed the blue and bold formatting... (it's good practice to mention later edits btw.)

I just took a look at the websites of qora, you can simply upload html sources up to 3000 chars. No javascript, no css, no database. So it's only possible to make some very basic pages with a few sentences. At Crypti the dapps will not face such restrictions. I don't want to talk bad about qora, it is an interesting feature. But not compareable to Crypti.

I've still got nothing from Cryptsy except a promise to check into it.
I've hit up one other mod I know to check for me.

Yes, we know. I'm sorry but we internally decided that we will release v0.3.1 first. It's a matter of days.

I got another response from Cryptsy saying:
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We are currently experiencing a problem with the Crypti (XCR) chain and we are still waiting for a fix from the coin's development team.
Unfortunately, we do not have an ETA as to when XCR will be back online yet. However, I can send you a note as soon as it is up. Will this work for you?
Right now, I've got DCGirl, Horus, Greenlion and Jshock all telling me they are checking on it.

Litoshi, JShock asked me to ask a dev to contact him directly. jim@cryptsy.comI figured you'd know best who to ask to take the next step.

I get you and Litoshi confused because of the LTC reference.
I really hope that we can resolve this issue. I've stuck my neck out a bit with some people I consider to be at least "internet friends" over this.

No problem. I created this account years ago, and I started my cryptocurrency era with Litecoin mining. Thank you very much for doing this. I hope things get settled now once and forever..

No problem,
I hope I've helped. I see really good people on both sides of this issue and I think if I can just help get the right ones together this will be fixed.

But not compareable to Crypti. One source can include multiple sources that means actually one web page can be bigger then 3000 chars if composed from multiple sources, also some popular js frameworks and libraries like bootstrap and jquery are included in the latest version therefore can be just linked within the web page source code.

I think here is big different between Qora Contract AT and Crypti current implementation. It's definitely a race, but
Encrypted Messaging Web sites & search engine Social Networking Contracts through AT
have already been done in QORA!
It's great, but it's not our direction. We will not spend a lot of time to encrypted messages, social networking. Once our dapps implementation done, we will just add encrypted messages, avatars in dapps as small base example.

They see it as "What's in it for me?", that's my opinion anyways.

Once our dapps implementation done, we will just add encrypted messages, avatars in dapps as small base example. Right. For clarification, the sources of these example dapps (encrypted messaging, avatars) can be used as a base for other dapps. It's not very complicated to do it. But we will also add them as official Crypti stand-alone dapps, to guarantee a decentralized messaging service and user avatars. Will this be a first or is there another cryptocurrency with user avatars? (Serious! ) Get your glasses, William! I got another response from Cryptsy saying:

Cryptsy is so fuck that they just keep ignoring us. i submit a support ticket for my friend who lost his XCR when he deposit to his account. but there have no answer for about 3 months. i just lost my temp, and fuck them on the support ticket. maybe they just need to change their Idiot CTO,a fucking moron.
by the way, it's very Dangerous now to put your money on Cryptsy, i guess it's s a sign that may be Cryptsy do not have Technology Employee now. that means maybe they are saving money to keep running Cryptsy at a low cost. and this means that they might be closed at anytime if they can not support the cost.
so,just withdraw your money and your coin out of this dying exchange

I sent an email directly to him as well and also haven't heard anything, but I'll watch out for him today and see if I can talk to him via the trollbox.
I still don't think Cryptsy is going anywhere, but the number of down wallets sure makes me wonder WTF is going on.
