Why does everyone want to be added to SuperNet? I posted earlier about this below : Basically all jl777 wants to do is get features from other coins, which BTCD, doesn't have and use them to BTCD's advantage. I don't see the point in helping out another coin establish it's own network, with the use of our features, when it only benefits them. Why should Crypti really "ask" to be put into a network that doesn't benefit us in any way.
With that being said, I'm wholly for the idea of a Storj & Crypti partnership as GreXX mentioned a few pages back. Why? Becuase Storj will be utilizing our network and providing a service for Crypti users. They could create an App with Crypti's custom blockchain to enable use of MetaDisk and DriveShare on the Crypti network. This is a mutually beneficial partnership. Supernet on the other hand wants all coins to bend over and provide features for the hub of the network which is BTCD.
Crypti with custom blockchains support, can be it's own Supernet, which is why I don't see the point of becoming part of an inferior network. Agree SuperNET is good for "small" coins, but I think Crypti is too big for this project.

I'm sure Crypti devs have their own opinion of Supernet. I trust their opinion about whether Crypti should or should not because they have a vision and invented the damn thing. However, my opinion is I am not a fan of Supernet for Crypti. Plus I don't wish Crypti to go down with the ship on one of James' ideas. Supernet might work out for other coins but I agree that Crypti has the ambition to be our own Supernet.

Another week passes without the source code being checked as promised by the developer.
Trust me people it's never going to happen.

NewsWe started 0.1.6t in testnet: http://testing.crypti.meIt's on review by our QA now. I hope later today all functional will be tested and we will post new version. It's working on micro instance (1 vCPU, 600 MB RAM). I sent my id and another info to coinssource to confirm my person and add crypti to trust rating.

SuperNet or not should be the decision of the Foundation with the input of the community and the devs. Thats why the devs have decided that XCR would be owned by the Crypti Foundation. Once the Foundation is established, there should be a posting before a meeting with the agenda to be discussed, so that the community can add their input. As for SuperNet...... My strategy in my lifetime of running a business, was to let the competition worry about me, not me worry about them. Also, to offer a superior product and superior customer service. As of today, XCR would benefit from being in SuperNet..... so since we need them more than they need us, we are not in a good negotiating position. When XCR's features are fully implemented, we will be in a much better negotiating position, and they will need us more than we need them.

If I understand SuperNet correctly they don't have different demands for different coins. The only demand is that they want to buy 10% of the coin supply at the current price (this is why negotiations have to be a secret, to prevent price jump). So there are no real details to be negotiated that would be different for a coin in it's infancy and an established one.

I agree with Litoshi here, I've stated it before, Crypti doesn't, nor it ever will need SuperNet if we have custom blockchain support. Some of the "negotiation process" of SuperNet is laughable : "The only demand is that they want to buy 10% of the coin supply at the current price (this is why negotiations have to be a secret, to prevent price jump). " All of this for what? To be part of an inferior network?

XCR can do anything, but can't do everything. The goal is to create a network of coin networks. Every coin that joins will add something unique functionality to SuperNET, and that function can be accessed and used by any other coin. Instant transactions, decentralised exchange, asset exchange, anonymous coin transfer, etc. The details are of course not clear yet, we only got an overview so far about the concept. It may not work, come notting of it. One thing is certain: joining can't decrease the value of XCR it can only increase it. Same for the price on the short term, for sure.

Same for the price on the short term, for sure.Combining a superior product with an inferior product does not increase the value of the superior product, it dilutes the value of the superior product and raised the value of the inferior product. For example: 1) adding copper to gold to make 14K gold, dilutes the gold value and the price, but increases demand for copper, and thus the price 2) adding High Fructose Corn Syrup to Orange Juice, dilutes the juice value and the price of pure juice, but makes the demand for HFCS higher and thus the price

BTCD is vaporware at this point and is being pumped & BBR is just a CryptoNote coin with a GUI. If you take out the assumption that it will increase Crypti's price (which it won't in the long-term) how exactly will it help Crypti in any other way? Everything done by SuperNet can be done by Crypti with custom blockchains, why is there a need to join an inferior network, when everything can be replicated when Crypti rolls out with custom blockchains? Now ask yourselves this, do you think Etheruem, MaidSafe, NXT and BitShares (these will be Crypti's competitors) want to become part of SuperNet? No because their own networks are already far superior. Why don't you guys realize that when Crypti supports custom blockchains, Crypti immediately moves onto a whole new level, competing with the likes of the coins I mentioned above?
