I will work on adding Q-nodes on a separate branch over the next two days. Is there a functional block explorer out there ?

this is the sort of thing that needs to be in the original post

here you go:

https://prohashing.com/explorer/Quatloo/

also mining pool:

I have uploaded the Q-node code for users to asses.

Please do so, and tell me what you think the collateral should be.

Hi everyone, I have developed an arbitrage trader (Bittrex & Poloniex) based on similar logic of Quatloo trader. I'm busy with the ping pong partion and hope to have this finished soon. It makes some money for me at the moment. There's no UI yet but should be simple to add. The database design are quite rock solid. I may consider a commercial version if there are lots of interest. Let me know your thoughts.

What exactly was updated and changed? I saw your link to the source you put on github, but since you didn't publicly fork it from the original QTL source we don't really know what was changed.

QTL original source code is over 4 years behind Bitcoin Core. Trying to update it from scratch would be hilarious. I simply copied parameters and made sure it syncs. I then added masternodes (named them q-nodes) community can decide if they want them and if so, what to do with them . It's 90% complete (still needs activation, enforcement and block for old clients cut-off )

I haven't bothered completing it since there was no response.

Admirable of you to try and keep QTL alive, but may be time for everyone to move on. The only thing QTL really had going for it was the trading bot which is closed source, semi-broken, and built in .NET framework. I thought I read somewhere that fyrstikken received the source from Markus, but who knows if that's true and if it is true whether or not we would even see a new release.

It's up to the users. I myself am already working on my own project. It's still very early development but you can watch this thread if you would like to participate in the alpha testing.

And the source confirms that:
https://github.com/quatloos/quatloo/blob/master/src/main.cpp#L1109
Code:
static const int64 nTargetSpacing = 2.25 * 60; // Litecoin: 2.5 minutes ; Quatloo 2.25 minutes

You still can buy a bunch of them at this low price. Don't worry, Markus will be back soon like Bruce Wayne.
