Hello arteleis,
I have 2 DAT files blk001, peers & wallet.dat. Am I supposed to move all 3 .dat files?
Regarding wallet version. Earlier which I had was Silkcoin-qt-1.0.9 and you suggested me to download silkcoin-qt-1.0.9.3.
Should I uninstall/delete both wallets from my computer completely and do a fresh install? What happens to my coins? I do have backup but was from Silkcoin-qt-1.0.9 wallet. Will wallet migrate from Silkcoin-qt-1.0.9 to new Silkcoin-qt-1.0.9.3 wallet?

Is there a way to fix my old wallet some how? I can't afford to loose my SC coins, since I already lost 1 BTC when DEV ran away.
wallet.dat is the one you keep. Everything else can be deleted and be reinstalled.
Also in the actions tab, there is an icon called backup wallet. This will copy the wallet.dat file to a place of your choosing. Verify it is in the folder it saved it to - (you can check by the file size to ensure the wallet.dat is the same one from your appdata - make sure file size is the same) - and then delete your silkcoin folder in %appdata%. Reinstall, then delete new wallet in appdata and move your old wallet.dat into the folder. You will have to resync once old wallet is placed into folder with new client data.
Again as an alternate option if you feel nervous. send your coins to an exchange, once confirmed - delete entire %appdata% roaming/silkcoin and reinstall to current version 1.0.9.3. Send the coins back to the wallet from the exchange. I always send a tester first (like 100 coins or whatever the minimum is) before sending the full balance.
Again this is a nearly finished version so far testing with no problems, but will have a couple more fixes added later today in next bin release. (megaupload)
Remember If you have problems syncing after to simply close the wallet and retry.
Should be fine now though.
Good luck and don't delete your wallet.dat! That's your silk coins!
