Thanks! We constantly try to make the site better. As we added new categories recently, we like to point out, that we currently offer 0% fees in the whole sport & fun section. We will add these infos to the website soon.

Well - indeed we take a 0.5mBTC flat fee for transactions for the anonymous bets - but we DO mention it. The reasons we take a flat 0.5mBTC is because we can't know in advance how big the fee will be with floating transactions fees. So we decided the best way would be to set it a little bit higher. Also: registered user currently do not pay ANY transaction fees. Regarding the cashout speed: We aim to be back to instant (less than 5min) as it used to be in the past month. Together with the latest "stress-test" of the Bitcoin network we are currently changing the cash out process to floating transaction fees and a better check for double spendings. So currently we have to do most transactions manually and this takes obviously more time.

But you are right - it is unlikely (not impossible) that the floating fee will be 0.5mBTC or higher. However, a fixed small fee for the cashout is still very different from the 2% we take on none sport/fun events. A 1000mBTC bet with odds of 2 would pay 20mbTC in addition to the 0.4mBTC for the transaction. Famous betting exchanges like betfair.com event take 4%-10%. So we truly believe that the 0% are extraordinary and it is fair to call it 0% even if you pay a tiny fixed additional transaction fee in most cases. And again - you can even waive this fee if you use an account (also we might soon start to take there a tx. fee as well).

Without account I can spend my BTC within 30 minutes after resolution date, so I will stay with anonymous prediction.

There is in principal no different between the speed of a cashout request of a user and a automated cashout request from a winning anonymous bet. The are both handled equally. But of course we let the user decide - we just offer both options. Even the opposite - we think we should make our none account betting more popular. All the user of direct bet always say they love this feature but it seems they are not aware that they could have the same on fairlay with way better odds.

As said before: unfortunately we are currently handling lots of transactions manually. Currently the very simple rules is: all transactions over 1BTC are done manually and all below 1BTC are done automatically. As said before it doesn't matter whether the tx. comes from a requested cashout or a anonymous bet.
We will increase the limit for automatic transactions within the next week so that >95% of all transactions will be done automatically and instant.

It seems that we did not detect your transaction before the match started and therefor your bet was not matched. We are sorry for this! We sent you another 50mBTC for the hassle you had to go through.

Alright - so how our process works in general: all deposit addresses (registered user and anonymous bets) belong to armory cold storage wallets. On our server we have a armory watch only wallet running that should detect all deposits. It runs every 2 minutes over all addresses and checks for confirmed transactions. That means usually the maximum time should be 2 minutes after the first confirmation. For some reasons we have not figured out yet has armory not detected your transactions. We manually added them. It happened before like every 100-200 transactions that one was not recognized. If you look trough this thread you will find 2 times user asking for it and we already described a similar behaviour. Three transactions in a row is really something new. We are in the process of talking to the Armory team and try to find a solution. If we can't find a reliable solution we will move to a different wallet or add an additional service to monitor the deposit addresses. Regarding the first bet: Pleas note that if you had lost the bet that we had send you the money back as well. Have a look what happened here: a user send 132 BTC to a bet but the money came only minutes after the game started. So the bet was not valid. He would have lost the bet but of course we send it back. We are not a bookmaker but a marketplace. It is never in our favor to not accept a bet because it will always be between users. https://www.fairlay.com/anonymous/1EsRxvxBLWZpx1Rcgnm4jNQXCuxynsUSHs/However - we are still very sorry and will put a lot of effort in make Fairlay more robust in the future.

There are 2 identical "Next [US] President" events and one "Hillary Clinton next President" event, all 3 could be merged into one to avoid confusion.

yeah, that's true. However, we do not have a routine yet to merge markets that contain open orders. Anyway we will add an option to hide empty markets (which will be enabled by default) soon to avoid confusion.
