Site seems to have been down for 24 hours+ now and no word about it? No one cares? Or is it somehow just not working for me?
Is there some sort of anti-ddos IP flagging being used, and I've somehow been falsely flagged?

Sorry, we don't check PMs here very often. We will look into this. It seems like Fairlay is not reachable from some US IPs right now.

Why does this happen so often?
You prediction was not placed! Something went wrong. Your bet could not be placed. An email was sent about this incident. The full amount have been refunded to your account already.

Still down. They are almost surely escaped with account funds. Recently there were some players winning huge amounts of BTC, probably pros and/or insiders, and they simply gone in bankruptcy to avoid to pay them.

This is false of course. Fairlay is very much alive and reachable and all customer funds are stored in our cold wallet. Please send a PM with your IP and help us resolving the problem.

Fairlay should be reachable again. If the problem persists please contact us via email at info@fairlay.com. We are sending an 444 error code to IPs which appear to be harmful.

Would it be possible to add MLB series bets? Must win 2/3 in a series for a particular team for example?

Fairlay should be reachable again. If the problem persists please contact us via email at info@fairlay.com. We are sending an 444 error code to IPs which appear to be harmful. Site is working properly for me at the moment. I tried contacting that email for a problem with a bet several weeks ago and never got a response (still not sure if the bet exists or not.) Is that email really the best way to contact you? Also, is there a reason you keep incrementing betting markets? For example, something like https://www.fairlay.com/predict/registered/new/next-president-10/gets changed to https://www.fairlay.com/predict/registered/new/next-president-11/In addition to clearing out all the bets on order, this also means that if I were to place a bet and it starts doing well, I can't hedge the bet later on by taking the opposite side (since the site would treat it as an entirely different bet/market). I'd just end up with money stuck on both sides of the bet until the event is finished and potentially pay a much greater fee. That could be very annoying for bets with a far-away resolution time.

The best way to contact us is to send us a message via the uservoice interface.
@Omnivion We are sorry about this issue. Every time a runner leaves, a new market is created right now. We will see what we can do...
@andr3w321 We will soon (probably next week) allow all fairlay users to create their own markets.

until now you fixed this error at least 2 times but your site bugs again
on the list page you can see there is a lot of liquidity on the (listed) markets but when you open them , all show zero liquidity

@sbrzol To improve performance, the odds in the list view are only updated every 5 to 10 minutes. The odds in the market view are up to date. If you still think, that there is a bug, please send us a few more details.
