We have implemented an account statement, which can be found here: https://www.fairlay.com/user/statement/. This helps you keep track of your balance. We also improved the speed of the site and activated the withdrawal fee, which is now 0.2mBTC. Initially read that as 0.2 btc, nearly lost my mind! But 0.2 mbtc is fairly reasonable I guess if you're promising instant withdrawals.

First time using the site tonight. A few notes for the Fairlay team and potential players: - Had a situation where I made an offer AGAINST an outcome, someone else made an offer FOR the outcome whose price should have matched my order and filled it, but nothing was matched automatically. Bet was only matched when I cancelled my offer and manually selected the other user's offer.
- Withdrawals which are supposed to be instant, say "completed" in the status but do not have a transaction hash listed. Furthermore, the blockchain shows they have not been dispatched.
- When requesting a cashout if you don't leave room for the .2 mBTC fee (ie, request the entire amount) you get an error message "please try again later" rather than "please make sure the fee + cashout amount does not exceed your balance."
My account ID is 68d7c0f6. Waiting on 2 cashouts currently.

Hello all, we had some problems with our transaction server. That was the reason that a) deposits have not been detected after 1 confirmation and b) withdrawals took so long. To our knowledge there are currently no more open withdrawals requests. If we overlooked one please contact us.

Any comps available for the issues I encountered? Was my first time using the site and thought you would benefit from knowing the bugs / issues I reported. It would also go a long ways towards keeping me on the site.
Regards.

Regards.Welcome to our site! 1. Can you give more details on the first issue. You made the AGAINST bid first and at this point no match was possible and then later the orderbook changed so that there should have been a match? Or you first offer should have found a direct match? In principal to our database it does not matter that you "select" a offer in the frontend. In our database only the odds and the amount will be stored and then the matching algorithm should do the rest. 2. That was really bad timing to join Fairlay- we indeed had trouble during this time. We hope that in the future you will experience our super fast cashouts as usual. 3. Good point - we will improve that!

Yes exactly as you said "You made the AGAINST bid first and at this point no match was possible and then later the orderbook changed so that there should have been a match?" Basically at the time I noticed it there were intersecting prices showing on the book. I should have taken a screenshot. But right after that I just manually matched the bet. If you look at the logs of my account you would see the last bet I cancelled right before accepting one.

Obviously the bugs I ran into aren't "features." You implied as much when you said they were all fixed. You've given out bounties recently in this thread, so why not me?

Still waiting on this from April, any progress? Also applies to markets like dem/repub nominee. Also, is there a reason you keep incrementing betting markets? For example, something like https://www.fairlay.com/predict/registered/new/next-president-10/gets changed to https://www.fairlay.com/predict/registered/new/next-president-11/In addition to clearing out all the bets on order, this also means that if I were to place a bet and it starts doing well, I can't hedge the bet later on by taking the opposite side (since the site would treat it as an entirely different bet/market). I'd just end up with money stuck on both sides of the bet until the event is finished and potentially pay a much greater fee. That could be very annoying for bets with a far-away resolution time. @Omnivion We are sorry about this issue. Every time a runner leaves, a new market is created right now. We will see what we can do... @Omnivion we are confident, we can solve the issue with the newly created presidential election markets before the next runner leaves.

@elite the bet should be resolved now. Usually only these bets are resolved where the resolution date has passed. In the other cases we need assistance from our users. @justbc We were already aware of the bugs when you posted them. We can only give out a bonus if you inform us about something new. @negato We are improving our search right now. It is going to be much better than before. @Omnivion The market https://www.fairlay.com/predict/registered/new/next-president-11/ should be the final one. Unfortunately we can't merge older markets. We also changed our design a little bit and worked on the speed of the site. Also keep an eye on our live section: https://www.fairlay.com/event/category-decimal/live/It is work in progress, but matches from the EURO 2016 should already be available.

To anyone considering playing with Fairlay: I recommend staying away from these guys.- They don't seem trustworthy. I feel fortunate to have escaped with funds in tact after waiting 2 day for a withdrawal but you may not be so lucky.
- Many people have talked about the apparent liquidity in their markets versus the reserves they have shown. Short version: they haven't given enough proof to believe they are solvent versus the huge bets offered on their site.
- Another problem is that we don't know if they are licensed. They claim to be located in London, but is it believable? Not really.
- Their site is barely functional. As an example, their "exchange" doesn't match market makers with intersecting offers automatically. This is absolutely a most basic function of an exchange and theirs didn't even do that in my experience.
- The support is horrible. Based on how long it took them to respond to any of my attempts (BCTalk, email, Facebook, Twitter) I really thought they had run off with my money.
- Now they're lying about being aware of the bugs I reported. As you can see in this thread I informed them that their matching wasn't working properly and now they claim they "already knew" which makes no sense.
- They're using the likeness of Vitalik Buterin to promote their brand and lend credibility to it. Something tells me Vitalik doesn't actually endorse them.
Bottom line: Don't risk it with Fairlay.

Not sure what this post is about, but your are not getting any bug bounty from us. You joined at an unfortunate moment. One of our servers crashed and we tried to bring everything back online - of course lots of things were not working as expected during that time. All bugs you reported were directly or indirectly caused by the server failure.
Our withdrawals are instant on more than 360 days a year.
@nicholasg97 there are no outstanding withdrawals.
