If it's a deposit, it's unfortunately largely out of the control of bustabit. Only the miners are able to confirm deposits. Most of the time, the only thing they care about is fees. So if you have enough fees, it's possible you're spending from a transaction that doesn't have enough fees or priority and it waits on that one to confirm first.

I don't get heartbeat increase because... everytime I bet it crashes before it starts or at max at 1.5x but then, thats what happened to me mostly with faucet and with low amounts of bits like 1000/2000
