Funny thing you say that since there is alot of talk going around saying you were from Texas but move around as if you are running from something.
This is all here say but since your are always saying on your own site's chat you have nothing to hide and in this statement saying you do not want to be punished with tax evasion. Then you can clear up the air where exactly you are operating this casino out(saying it is coming out of Costa rica is just bullshit as every casino and their mother's can say this but it doesn't mean it's true!) of and your citizenship if you do not want these rumors to come up eventually to bite you in the rear when your not aware of it when it does happen. Embarrassed

I have certainly been to Texas, but I do not live there and nor am I American. But yeah, I do like to travel and something I plan on continuing to do.

I'm not particularly concerned about such rumors. My priority is to operate a fair and honest casino, and keep myself out of trouble =)  From a cover-my-ass perspective, I'd rather not make any comments about that sort of stuff, as I'm in the late stages of a corporate restructure and getting an actual proper gambling license. Once all the paperwork is approved and all that stuff, I'll probably be a lot more free to talk about it.

However, from a players perspective, it's not really like it matters. Provably fair systems allow you to actually cryptographically verify the results you got were fair; I personally think this is a lot better assurances. (Although there are certainly some benefits in knowing the operator can be held criminally responsible)

--

Anyway, I've been running this site for almost 3 years now. And in that time processed over a million bitcoin in wagers and 50k bitcoin of actual withdrawals. I've held in escrow over a million USD at a single point in time. And yet I don't think I've ever seen a single single coherent complaint that I've ever operated in any manner other than completely honestly (be it withhold deposits, not process withdrawals in a timely manner, manipulated results).

Check out gamblingsitefinder.com for a decent list/rankings of crypto casinos. Note: I have no affiliation or interest in it, and don't even agree with all the rankings ... but it's the only uncorrupted review site I'm aware of.

Notice how I said "were" and did not mean you are still there.
And just by these here say means someone has tracked your whereabouts and know who you really are.
And that to me would be a tad bit concerning to say the very least.
A disgruntled gambler on your site perhaps who has something against you making over 100 million in bitcoin passing through your site.
I am sure you have alot of people who have gotten close enough to you that would sell that information for that 50 in bitcoin you have withdrawn from the site.
Luckly I am not one of them because I am not a vendetta seeking sort of individual but from what you know about these "Nigerian princes" who you keep mentioning who email you and you play along with their schemes you know that not everybody has such intentions and will sell their own mothers to get a piece of that amount in bitcoin since the price is nearing three grand a piece per coin.
Also per your last response .
" And yet I don't think I've ever seen a single coherent complaint that I've ever operated in any manner other than completely honestly (be it withhold deposits, not process withdrawals in a timely manner, manipulated results)."
And I think this jackpotracer is one of those in which have some thing against you from your moneypot days being the creator of this site he so despises with every living breath he takes from all his posts are about just this.

I've generated a snapshot of all users balances as of a few minutes ago (Tue 1 Aug 2017 12:20:00 UTC). Anyone with a balance of on bustabit as of that time will be eligible to collect bitcoin cash, in ~24-48h   depending how things go with the fork.

Apparently reading comprehension isn't my thing. I thought the fork was when the chain tip was pasted the activation time, but according to the spec it's when the "median time past" of 11 blocks is. So I will be generating the snapshot just before the actual fork.

But please be patient, I do not plan on interacting with BCC until the chain is stable.

Yeah. The blocks have not been completely mined yet.
Last I heard it was at 2.
So this is why exchanges are holding everybodys bitcoins and not allowing any to and frow actions from taking place from taking place yet until the chain has been stabilized and all the blocks are mined. Atleast three of them for BCC/BCH's chain from what I was told.
They have not even applied the full amount of the Bitcoincash to anyones wallets either. They are doing it as the blocks are mined.
One of mine had 0.007btc in it but the bcc wallet has only 0.0017btc in it so far and is slowly going up every hour.
So don't expect it until all these 11 blocks are mined as you just said.

Not really an obsession but just don't like to be lied to which is cause of concern because then deception follows.

So knowing the person and their values(and that they are not someone living in Nigeria which is the only African country where they speak perfect English and so can pretend to the ends of the earth of being in the US) is kind of a big deal to people who have sent half their live savings to him and his site already.

If I knew I was supporting a Nigerian prince, then I would not be wanting to support his site any longer by sending my bitcoins there and I do imagine nobody else would either.

Truth needs to be put out there. If he is just as he is saying he is and "has nothing to hide to his players" or to the authorities if it ever came to that in any accusation of corruption which could arise.

Can't wait until V2 comes out. Wink

Just out of curiosity (as I don't have any coins on the site currently, so have no personal stake in the answer), what will you do with the BCH coins held in Bustabit wallets on behalf of gamblers? Are you going to allow people to withdraw them? (Was that the point of the 'not interacting with BCH until it's stable' comment?)

Also, any plans to clone the site to handle BCH gaming, or will you stick primarily to BTC?

Users will have the option of withdrawing them (by giving me a bitcoin cash withdrawal address) or asking me to sell them, which I'll get the best price I can and put in their account.

Just cause I'm not in a rush to work with bitcoin cash until everything is operating smoothly. Last night there were no blocks for ~12 ? hours, and trezor support for BCC isn't quite ready (should be today though?) so I'm not really keen to waste time on it until everything works well.

Nope. Bustabit will be btc only

I'm ready to process anyone's BCC withdrawal from the snapshot. Just use bustabit.com/support and either ask me for what your snapshot balance is, or give me a BITCOIN CASH withdrawal address (don't reuse a bitcoin address!). You must be logged into the account on bustabit.com/support for me to process

Congratulations Ryan and to bustabit for getting this far. Although I'm curious if it was illegal for you running bustabit before getting this license?

Wow that so great to hear and I am excited for both Ryan and bustabit so I can play with the most profitable gambling site ever. Curiosity was over and yet proof is seen already the approval of the license is already a success.

Bustabit thrives on long-term betting instead of one hit runs because the house always turns in the operator's favor statistically. They even encourage bots to be ran in their platform, like many other bitcoin gambling websites. It's as legal as bitcoin gambling can be.
