Not sure what you are arguing about above, but Whale123 will be taking control of the incentive fund as long as our trusted escrow agrees.

There is a very definitive account listed there as to who will paid for any milestones met. So anyone coming on with non Smoke team accounts will be disregarded.

Now some people seem not to believe that it can go from 350 to 2000 while whale123 and jeffersonsairplane do the work? My bet is it will go WAY beyond 3000. Crazy guys I was buying back when Jefferson took over and then selling due to switching some BTC to Cloak.

Nevertheless my post should not go over Cloak more about that there is still no ANON Exchange. Thats now like 4 days and the old ETA from Mccollum was 6-7 days ago.

So I need to research a bit if I should buy back. Can you give me some information about the user whale and in which projects / things he was involved the last weeks / months?
