IF this foundation and the smoke team want things done correctly
then we had better start acting like we know what we are doing
and a vote at an irc meeting suddenly held just not good enough.
I Propose that if you want to be part of the voot foundation
that you first give your name to the nominated transistory PR
person and your qualifications for the position you would like to fill
After this is done, a proper meeting should take place or poll held
where we the voot holders can vote in who we want to represent voot.
At that point discussions with smoke and the hand over the exchange can then take place
in full transparency with everyone in full knowledge of what is going on.
Anything less than this and you are just playing around with my time and money
so first bussiness is who is the transistory pr, i put jefferson forward as
he has been doing an adeqaute job already.
2nd he is to prepare a roll of foundation positions that are to be filled
if he requires help with this then he should ask the community
when this has been accomplished then a public meeting should take place at whihc point
all appropriate voot holders who have a stake in this coin and wish to put themselves forward
for the positoin can do so and their experience.
this can be easily be decided by a simple poll vote for the positions by the community
After that the elected foundation members can eneter negotiation with smoke and carry on forwards
its rather simple really

but sadly, i don't see that happening.
foundation is already created. its members would not give up the power they feel belongs to them.
it is very clear by the response given by axedcode: "...it is just a foundation which to
build upon. We are looking for more talented individuals..."

i am sure very selected few were told of this meeting on a particular day and time.
this whole thing stinks real bad especially when the coin is about to die.
i mean, does anyone of the "qualified" people actually have any working brain cells left upstairs?
the term community is thrown around very often. yet, the community wasn't told of this very important event.
out of over 1000 strong voot holders(i am going by address count) only a selected few decided on this very important feature, for themselves.
i have been a vooter from day one. that is to say i mined this coin as well.
i am just as much part of voot community then these selected few.
now they have the balls to say that the community voted them in.
not true at all.
i was not given the opportunity to be part of the discussion.
yes, damn right, i am pissed.
i say abolish the foundation as it is right now and start over.
make an official ann and let the community vote for each and every position there is to be in the foundation.
all current members gone unless all or some voted back in.
let every voot holder be counted.
