It might be a good idea to move wallet.dat from roaming app data too.
Like hide it in a different folder, in case hacker can backdoor one's computer.
Maybe, even rename the wallet and still leave .dat as the extension.
I am also wondering noise23, if they got access to the TEK wallet info too?
Since you coded several TEK wallets also. That could be an even bigger mess.

Just seen on Bittrex that the wallet is still on maintenace, and been wondering when this bad situation can have a solution.
We are not receiving update from dev's, and funds are still locked....
Please update us on what's happening and what you are thinking to do to take back our fund

If I understand Noise he will go for a roll back just before the theft.
All tx and staking done after that will be reverted like it never happened.

Fixing the code and testing to make sure all works fine and that the hard fork will be a smooth event simply takes time.
Rushing this process is never a good idea.

Rollback time/date is not decided yet but you will not lose anything.
All reversed TRK balances/withdrawals from exchanges (if any) will be re-sent - will compensate them from my own funds.

2 days later and still no any single notice about extimated time.....can you please update us, or do something to unlock our freezed coins?

I am normally not a fan of coin swaps, but perhaps one is in order here.
Exclude the stolen coins, maybe a 10-1 to lower the total supply.

Might be able to turn this into a positive. Just a thought.

In the world of crypto I think it is fair to say "shit happens". Its intrinsic when the' risk to reward' ratio is as great as it is in the bitcoin/altcoin markets. Where can you take a $1000 US and leverage it into $60,000 in a matter of weeks?  I speak from experience. Now we have an opportunity with high interest staking coins. The developers of these coins have had to clock hundreds maybe thousands of hours to create and keep the block chain rolling. Mistakes/hacks can happen, have happened and could happen again. Thats part of the game. Because Truck is stalled, and because Noise23 is taking the time he needs amongst other things that he needs to do to keep bread on the table is not reason to get upset or to swap the coin or do anything other than just wait until he gets Truck back up on Bittrex or wherever. Noise23, in my experience, is one of the best POS coders out there. He fulfills on his promises, does not exaggerate or throwout bullshit. He communicates, not voraciously, but timely enough for me. He has a lot on his desk right now and also does not want to create an expectation he can't meet. Just know he is doing what he needs to do and Truck will be up and running as soon as possible.

Noise23, OK, I am running a mac pro so am presuming a mandatory new mac wallet update is in the pipeline also and I should not open the old wallet and try to stake.
