I didn't have any problems reloading the block chain from the bootstrap. Thank you!

I am getting a blkindex.dat error when i try to load the new mac wallet. I tried going to the roaming folder, empty it except for wallet.dat and installing the new bootstrap and then restarting wallet but still get the same blkindex.dat error. ? That's weird. Did you try to start the wallet without bootstrap and blockchain files, only wallet.dat in the folder? Just tried to start up the wallet with just the wallet.dat and still getting the blkindex.dat error. Then I took out the wallet.dat and tried to open with an empty wallet and still getting the error. OK, my blkindex.dat error seems to have been a permissions issue associated with my creating a new user dedicated to just staking and no surfing, as a layer of security. The new mac wallet loaded and is now syncing.

Ok, thank you for fixing everything so quickly and I am obviously happy it's all running fine again. I had 287,585.92 TRK before the hack and now I have 213,373.56 so that a few coins lost. Is that just the stake from the time of the rollback?

People having problems, 1. Exit the client, or daemon 2. You need to check if bootstrap.dat was renamed bootstrap.old.dat, 3. Rename back to bootstrap.dat 4. Restart I kept doing these steps (or just restarting even if file was not renamed) every time it got "stuck" or seemed to quit working. Eventually it finished.

I believe trk.presstab.pw made it onto the correct chain now.

I seem to have a problem with my wallet.
Installed letest ver as per Noise23 post and used blockchain.dat as per
Ran checkwallet found orphans and misspent coins
Ran repair wallet said it had cleared them but I have a large amount unconfirmed not my coins and they are all in transaction list still?
Help please.
Thanks

Seems too much for just the stake. Did you withdraw any TRK from exchanges after Feb 22 ? If you had withdrawals for this period coins should be back in your exchange account now. Also please try to run the wallet with -rescan option.

@EBK1000 I ended up with a lot less like you then expected. Ran repair wallet, same problem, then re-scan which gave me much more then I should have. Finally I did a dumpwallet and imported that one in a new fresh wallet. That fixed it, also my dat file went from some 8 MB to about 2 MB.

Try removing/rename wallet.dat and replace with an earlier backup. Do not delete just in case!!!! This fixed my problem more coins than expected all sat unconfirmed my coins confirmed and loads of stakes in transaction list being the unconfirmed coins. replace wallet with back up fixed and staking again.

I think the best way to fix it is to import old wallet keys into a new clean wallet as Enema suggested a few posts back. 1. Export old wallet keys into text file (File > Export wallet). 2. Close the wallet and remove old wallet.dat (backup it!) 3. Start the wallet and import old wallet keys from text file (File > Import wallet) Or just use earlier backup if you have one.

Latest TruckCoin blockchain is available at CryptoChainer.com, and is on the new chain. Enjoy, and also have fun, too.
