2. Working with the forum. This is a player's thread and books are held responsible for their actions. Questions are asked of books concerning number of employees, time in business, experience, poster problems, etc. If a book is going to ignore a player's thread, they will be severely downgraded. Most books are very easy to work with.
The following cannot be quantified as to importance since being highly detrimental in one category may supersede other criteria used.
3. Poster review - poster review is much more important at bitcointalk than other forums, but other forums are also read. A high review from a new book will weigh less than the review of a book that's been in existence 2+ years.
4. Anonymous - one of the reasons that bitcoin books are used is to stay anonymous. There may be times where it is necessary to question players but it should be a minimum.
5. Margins - If players are going to have a chance to beat a book the margins have to be tight enough to give us that chance. If the margins are larger than -110 (1.91) that's a big blow to a book's rating.
6. Payout speed - If the average is longer than one hour, a book will be downgraded. One hour is sufficient due to possible grading errors. A large book is dealing with a significant amount of money along with a huge player base.
7. Markets - The more betting options, the better.
8. Traffic - time in business along with amount of players that a book has gives us a large sample size.
9. Currencies used - It's easier on the player if we are allowed to deposit and withdraw from alts.
Miscellaneous - Books accepting fiat currencies are omitted from the guide. Other forums are read to make sure the ratings here aren't significantly out of line with the average of other books.

Because accessing it from the site.just give me explanation of this season in case I'm misunderstanding you please.

1xbit moved from "D" to "F"
1X Corp N.V. (also known as "1xBet") is an online gambling company licensed by Curaçao eGaming License. It was founded in 2007 and registered in Cyprus. In 2019, they experienced considerable growth, briefly sponsoring Chelsea FC and Liverpool FC before being ousted for their involvement in illegal activities.
Initially a Russian Casino, it expanded its online presence in 2014 by partnering with 'BookmakerPub'. It maintains operations in Malta, Cyprus and Abuja (Nigeria).
As of January 2022, 1xBet no longer appears to be located in Curaçao after filing for bankruptcy. A lawsuit against the company and its licensor remain open. The website continues to operate online.

In early 2020, awareness was raised of an ongoing scam involving embezzlement and unlawful practice, highlighting attention through diplomatic channels.[6]
Later in August 2020, the Directorate of the Investigative Committee for the Russian Bryansk Region released the names of the supposed creators of 1xBet. These are "Sergey Karshkov", "Roman Semiokhin" and "Dmitry Kazorin".[7]
The trio are suspected of organizing the online bookmaker 1xBet, and are defendants in a criminal case, with penalty of imprisonment. A number of estates in Russia with a total value of 1.5 billion rubles were seized.[7]
The UK has put them on the international wanted list - all three have Cypriot citizenship.[8]
In 2021, Parlan Law Firm announced a search for victims of 1Xbet in Russia. The company has organized a service for filing applications to the investigative committee. They filed a lawsuit against the owner of the Russian version of 1Xbet - bookmaker 1XStavka.[9
In November 2021 1xBet's subsidiary company, 1xCorp MV, filed for bankruptcy [10] in a Curaçao court after it refused to refund a group of gamblers represented by the foundation for curaçao gaming victims, SBGOK[permanent dead link].
The individuals state that 1xBet structurally denies the legitimate wins of players with millions of euros in unpaid winnings.[11]
On 10 December 2021, the SBGOK foundation appealed this decision and subsequently filed a complaint against Cyberluck, its licensor, which operates under the name 'Curaçao e-Gaming (CEG)', as well as the Gaming Control Board in Curaçao.[citation needed]
"According to SBGOK, the company is not only partly responsible for the fraud by 1xBet. The foundation claims that Cyberluck also actively cooperates in flouting the rules against money laundering by 1xBet".[11]
The Curaçao court has yet to decide on the appeal, although the issue reached Parliamentary questions in Netherlands.[12]
