Today I got scammed for 268mbtc by Coins.game
If this does not get solved they should be forever listed in the scam category if you ask me

This is a new casino and you are a respected poster so I've immediately put them in the scam (F) category. Contact AskGamblers and ThePogg to file complaints. Those two have the most success.

This is happening all too often. I'll paraphrase the book's rule. If you have more than one account, we can steal all your money. We determine if you have more than one account and we don't have to show proof to anyone.

Rollbit, Sportsbet and Stake are the biggest abusers of that rule. We have to put pressure on all books to pay back in full, winnings and deposits, if they don't want our business.

My case has nothing to do with multiple accounts. They are just not happy with a winning customer, threw a bunch of vague accusations and rules into a chat and hoped I would buy it and be statisfied with just getting my deposit back (minus 1mbtc by the way cause that is their rediculously high flat withdrawal fee)

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.
Advertised sites are not endorsed by the Bitcoin Forum. They may be unsafe, untrustworthy, or illegal in your jurisdiction.

I looked again and have no idea what you are being accused of doing wrong. You can shoot me a PM with your account number stating that I have permission to look into your account and I'll contact them. Still file with someone else that can help.

Hi, does anyone know anything about the reliability of letou.com? Yes-there is a fiat there, but still thought I'd ask in case anyone knows or has heard anything....

I don't play there, maybe someone else does. A search tells me that it's a book that people should stay away from.

Why is there so much Stake? Can you summarize the main reason for not re-reading all these threads? You must have read them before posting them here.

I read them all. Here are some of the most recent cases. I'll get into all later if you want. If you see mistakes then let me know.

Jan 8:     Video of dealer cheating in live blackjack.
Nov. 21:  KYC check still ongoing for $12,000 USD.
Sept. 11:  $100,000 USD confiscated for banned jurisdiction.

To be really honest, I think we tend to be too harsh on the most respected sportsbooks in terms of complaints. It looks like people complain quicker than with other sportsbooks, simply because they expect much more from the respected sportsbooks. But IMO this blackjack dealer cheating has nothing to do with Stake, it was a strange human error by the external live casino provider, and it wasn't even about a high amount. The KYC check I don't know.....as long as it's not finished I think it's a bit early to complain. And a confiscation due to banned jurisdiction is harsh but pretty clear-cut.
After all, it's a bit strange than the most respected books such as Stake and Sportsbet have the highest amount of total complaints behind their name.

The complaints agasint the lesser known sportsbooks have much much more rediculous reasons behind the confiscations/voids/bans.

I agree with you on the blackjack dealer that it's not Stake's fault. I'm going to change that and put a strike through it. It could be a simple dealer mistake. For the second complaint, I don't think that player's should have to wait months for a KYC check, that has to be done much quicker. The $100,000 confiscation is pure theft. The player must be given his money back.

Ah okay I have to admit I only read the blackjack complaint in detail. Months of waiting for a KYC is indeed rediculous and confiscating a deposit is always rediculous unless there are terrorist ties or something like that. Oh wow and now I even see the confiscation was done in the form of a negative bonus of 96K....that is an even more painful way to do it....seeing you have received a bonus and then it turns out the be a minus amount....

I'm posting reviews of each sportsbook and comparing them with Sportsbet and Stake along with some information on the books ahead of them. I'm not going to post the same generic information that can be obtained from any rating guide outside of bitcointalk that can just be copied. I'm also not going to consider popularity of a book since that is very different at each place visited. Most of the time it is affected by advertising and signatures. I'll try to post things that are unique about each sportsbook along with information not found elsewhere.

Betcoin Review January 24, 2024

Betcoin is the top rated Bitcoin Sportsbook. A few things that separate Betcoin from Stake and Sportsbet is that they are the only Sportsbook between the three that has a Sportsbook, Casino, Horse Race Book and Poker Room. Betcoin is also unique in having two sets of lines for line shoppers. One is listed as Gamebtr and the other as Betcoin.  Betcoin also has the smallest margins in eSports in the Leageu of Legends, Starcraft II and Broodwar.

Another unique aspect is that Betcoin allows you to keep your balance in alt coins for those that want exposure to an alt coin. For those worried about price fluctuations your balance may be kept in USDT or BUSD. As far as safeness and security, there are no open scam accusations against Betcoin. The record keeping on scam accusations began on January 1, 2023. All accusations in the Scam Accusation subforum are listed.

The UI of Betcoin is the most modern of the three and is updated on a regular basis. Gamebtr is the simplest version while Betcoin is the more modern version. Betcoin is consistently making upgrades. It wasn't long ago that horse racing was added. A recent addition is the Poker Room. Social gaming has been added. Betcoin is an all inclusive gaming site.

No KYC is needed if you are not using a VPN. This insures Betcoin that you are not using multiple accounts. There may be a few exceptions but it is very rare.

Hello victorwinn, thank you for the inquiry. To clarify Peeps Place's reply, we do not request KYC unless a terms violation is suspected. Please note that we are unable to accept players in Ukraine at this time. If that changes, an announcement will certainly be made.

Additional Sportsbook information such as currencies accepted

KYC: 1=very little while 5=mandatory

Criteria used to rate a book.

1. Security - getting paid is by far most important.

2. Working with the forum. This is a player's thread and books are held responsible for their actions. Questions are asked of books concerning number of employees, time in business, experience, poster problems, etc. If a book is going to ignore a player's thread, they will be severely downgraded. Most books are very easy to work with.

The following cannot be quantified as to importance since being highly detrimental in one category may supersede other criteria used.

3. Poster review - poster review is much more important at bitcointalk than other forums, but other forums are also read. A high review from a new book will weigh less than the review of a book that's been in existence 2+ years.

4. Anonymous - one of the reasons that bitcoin books are used is to stay anonymous. There may be times where it is necessary to question players but it should be a minimum.

5. Margins - If players are going to have a chance to beat a book the margins have to be tight enough to give us that chance. If the margins are larger than -110 (1.91) that's a big blow to a book's rating.

6. Payout speed - If the average is longer than one hour, a book will be downgraded. One hour is sufficient due to possible grading errors. A large book is dealing with a significant amount of money along with a huge player base.

7. Markets - The more betting options, the better.

8. Traffic  - time in business along with amount of players that a book has gives us a large sample size.

9. Currencies used - It's easier on the player if we are allowed to deposit and withdraw from alts.

Miscellaneous - Books accepting fiat currencies are omitted from the guide. Other forums are read to make sure the ratings here aren't significantly out of line with the average of other books.

KEEP YOUR MONEY IN TOP RATED BOOKS UNTIL AFTER THE SUPERBOWL

I'm posting short reviews of each sportsbook and comparing them with Sportsbet and Stake along with some information on the books ahead of them. I'm not going to post the same generic information that can be obtained from any rating guide outside of bitcointalk that can just be copied. I'll also try to post things not posted here at bitcointalk as of this time. I'm not going to consider popularity of a book since that is very different at each place visited. Most of the time it is affected by advertising and signatures. I'll try to post things that are unique about each sportsbook along with some information not found elsewhere.

Nitrobetting review January 30, 2024.

Nitrobetting was first known as Nitrogensports opening in 2013. Nitrobetting opened in 2021 and both sportsbooks were opened together for a short period of time. There were some poster complaints against Nitrogensports but the crew dealing with those complaints are no longer at Nitrobetting. There have been a lot of changes from the old days of Nitrogensports to the new Nitrobetting. There are no gambling licenses in Costa Rica although sportsbooks must get a data processing license. Nitrobetting is anonymous for those not using a VPN.

I recently asked all books how they would deal with future complaints. Questions such as are they willing to agree to binding arbitration. If not, would they show me evidence if there is a complaint where a player’s money is confiscated. I’m not happy with the answers, or lack of, by Nitrobetting. The margins in some markets at Nitrobetting are small but not in all markets. What’s more important than the margin is getting the best line. Nitrobetting is a place to line shop since lines can be unique. Those playing eSports seem to like the lines at Nitrobetting. Withdrawals are free for those wanting withdrawals in LTC.

The major differences between the three books is that Nitrobetting includes poker and horse racing. Horse racing isn’t at Stake and neither Stake or Sporstbet has poker. The markets both pregame and live are very small at Nitrobetting compared to the other two. The lack of markets is the biggest weakness at Nitrobetting. The problem most likely occurs because Nitrobetting has their own in-house programmers which is why the sportsbook looks so much different than the others.

For rating purposes the most important thing considered is security. Nitrobetting not only has no open scam accusations, they don’t have any accusation against them at all. Record keeping started January 1, 2023.  Both Stake and Sportsbet have confiscated player’s funds. Stake and Sportsbet have confiscated both winnings and deposits without any proof. As posted in previous reviews, if the ToS says that you can steal deposits, it doesn’t mean it’s legal or right to steal deposits.

All sportsbooks are being compared to Stake and Sportsbet along with the books rated above them. Betcoin is rated the #1 sportsbook and Nitrobetting #2. Betcoin has more pre game and live markets. Most importantly, Betcoin is transparent and we’ll have to wait to see how Nitrobetting handles their first complaint now that forum complaints are being graded on a much more stringent basis.

Hello, what you should do is email contact at betcoin dot ag. Due to your unusual login and betting activity, your account has been suspended, so our support chat and ticket team are unable to speak with you, yet you continue to contact via those methods instead of emailing, as you have been told multiple times. We don't have an email from you, therefore we cannot work with you to resolve this situation.
