My anonibet account is locked since Wednesday, they ignored support messages, email and posts on their forum thread.

Just post on their thread, or start an accusation thread if they don't reply by then.
If you didn't have any balance, just create a new account instead.

Sometimes problems are good to post here. We can all see it and I can try to help players with problems.

I still didn't get a reply from them. I've sent a message through their support system, email, forum thread and forum pm.

Realized they have livechat so finally got in contact with them, we'll see how they handle the situation now

Why would they lock your account?

Why were they ignoring all your attempts at reaching them?

Tried logging in one day and couldn't. Found a password reset email (unread) which I didn't request. That's about it. Last night I realized they have livechat so I contacted them that way. I was told they have no record of an account with my email, and that they'll contact me with further info. I have no idea why they wouldn't respond (other than livechat).

It's now been 9 days since I've been unable to access my account with almost 20btc in it. When I ask if there's any info, livechat just repeats the usual "we'll contact you when we have info". A rated book.

Hi zika, I'm a little lost here. Why did Anonibet say that your email address is no good? When they emailed you the password reset, that email address should be the same as your Anonibet account.

one livechat operator mentioned they don't have an account with my email in their database. another said that my account is currently disabled (when i quoted my account id). otherwise they have no info to give me, they say they are waiting for their IT dept

The same sequence of events with them occurred in the past. Earlier in that thread the posts are there with the same events:

1) BetVIP down

2) No response from BetVIP in the thread or elsewhere

3) BetVIP eventually responds, says its due to scheduled upgrades (which they'd never warned people of).

4) BetVIP continues to be offline and it eventually morphs into "It's not upgrades, it's a DDOS attack", exactly the same as what just occurred in that thread.

If you want true unlimited limits & profits, it can only achieved on a sports betting exchange. A bookmaker will always cut yourself off when you start profiting too much..

what about pinnacle sports ?

i know everything  about bookmakers behavior and i am curios how will protect bitcoin bookmakers themselves from sharp bettors.

think about it :   create wallet , send bitcoins to this wallet from an exchange , register new account (use anonymous proxy if necesserly)  at the bookmaker , repeat it after the bookie limited your account 

i am waiting for such a reason that bookmaker will claim that i have more than 1 account because the 2 accounts have the same betting pattern (of course you use only 1 account at the same time )   
bookmaker cant prove it that these 2 accounts connected , they can only make assumptions (comparing betting pattern ) but this means nothing that is enough for nothing

If customers see that you refuse the have a dinner to whomever then perhaps they will go to another restaurant the have a dinner , perhaps they never will have to go to your restaurant after they look at other customers reviews

There is nothing wrong with limiting accounts , only with such extreme limiting you apply to my account  (1% to original max betting stake)

my max stake was 100 EUR ,  average about 60 EUR, all odds below 2 except 1 ,
so if i got 100 EUR limit i would have never made any post about limiting me , but under 10 EUR limit,
i think everybody should know about it who want to register to a new account at your site
